Other mistake: After the ghost "possesses" the building and blows out the windows, no shards of glass or debris land on the Ghostbusters as they get up to escape, even though there was plenty of time for the glass and debris to rain down on them.
Suggested correction: You can plainly see that the debris is actually flowing upwards in defiance of gravity. Spectral energy is running amok and the laws of physics are all over the place.

Other mistake: In the hit on Port Commissioner Griffin at the beginning of the movie, he picks up the phone at 9:20 (office wall clock). When he is killed, there's a close-up of his phone that is totally, well, phony for many reasons. Most notably, the time of the call is stuck at 36 seconds even when the close-up lasts longer than a second. You can read also on top that the time is 1:44 PM, which is inconsistent with what shown earlier and with the fact that it's evening! It is also displayed as a Blocked Caller, too, which makes no sense. (00:02:10 - 00:03:00)

Other mistake: When the truck driver gets his truck cleaned at the start, he starts to drive forwards to a worker at the quarantine checkpoint. The wide shot shows the truck driving towards the worker, but when the shot ends, the truck has not quite gone passed him. We are then shown a shot of the truck driver stopping the truck and rolling down the window. In the shot, the driver is shown looking directly to his left to be face to face with the quarantine worker, right as the shot begins. There's no way the driver could have been immediately looking at the worker at the start of the shot as the truck had yet to go past the driver at the end of the previous shot. (00:01:20)
