Continuity mistake: When the Shelby Mustang makes the 'Grasshopper' jump, the wheels change to a completely different type when it's in the air. After it lands, the wheels change back to the original wheels.
Continuity mistake: While singing in a duet with Miss Piggy, Céline Dion is wearing a dress with a strap over her right shoulder. Near the end of the song, the strap is suddenly on her left shoulder.

This error gets particularly blatant during the following shots from his POV, where he's shown still firing the M2 in his HUD, only for the scene to immediately cut to show him firing the MP7.
Continuity mistake: When Ethan wakes up after getting faint, Vivi is standing above her. After she walks away from Ethan, either she is wearing two similar but different outfits, or her skirt is pulled higher and lower depending on the shot. (01:49:55)
