Suggested correction: I watched the scene and it looks like it's filling up the way it should. It's looks similar to the way a car fills up after being submerged with the windows open.
Not true, water is still filling up the car way too slow for an opening like this. The car should be filled up immediately.
You're wrong thinking it would fill up immediately. But even so, it fills up in about 10 seconds (even less if the shot of it filling up is meant to be a simultaneous shot and not continuous).
Factual error: Tammy hits a buck with her car, which has polished antlers. The next day her and her grandmother are in the woods, and they see another buck, whose antlers aren't fully developed, still in velvet. These two scenes would have to be several months apart for antlers to be that different.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Logan carries Veronica into her room and covers her with the blanket, she is fully clothed. When she comes out to ask him, "don't go," and then kisses him, she is not wearing pants and has a different shirt.

In the shot from behind, she sticks her index finger into the whipped cream. But she licks it off her middle finger.
Character mistake: When Mr. Rogue is spinning the globe to assign countries to the students he spins for Albert Morio, and he puts his finger just west of North America and says "Lebanon." Lebanon is in Asia, slightly northeast of Egypt and we can see Egypt on the globe on the other side of where his finger is at. He's nowhere near Lebanon.
Continuity mistake: At the end we see Dermot bust into the courtroom with Buster in a chicken suit. However a few seconds later he is seen in the gallery wearing a blue shirt waiting for the verdict. (01:25:50)

During the scene, the pens in front of the various board members change position between shots, and in the cut that follow her suggestive "hold them steady" hand-pumping, the woman with the light brown sweater is first with her hands off the table, then suddenly on it. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Petyr's death, Deacon is standing in front of a table and the window directly above the table is shown. At that point, you can see a boom mike being yanked out of sight. I know this is supposed to be a docudrama, but this is the only place equipment is shown in the entire movie.
Suggested correction: You said it yourself, it's the boom mic of the documentary crew. They make no attempts to hide the fact that it's a documentary.
Factual error: About 20 minutes in, the group find a Welsh miners' group in the phone book. The character who is making the call speaks the first two digits of the phone number: "0, 1,..." The movie is set in 1984, when the dialling code for that district was "0639" In that year, "01" was the code for London, not Wales.
