Continuity mistake: When JoJo is eating the steak the first time, in close-up the juices have overflown the plate, but in the next shot there's no such mess on the tablecloth. Moreover, you can see him cut the last piece in half, and then pick it up whole. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: The stock footage of the airplane that Don, Sloan and Elliot are on is of a Boeing 747, a very large widebody plane. However, the internal shots of the plane suggest that it is actually a much smaller narrow body plane. (00:13:55)
Continuity mistake: Inspector Ressler is struck across the temple on his left side in the scene at the "bawdy house". He holds a hanky on that spot later and there are no visible marks to the right side (his right) of his face. Then, in the street scene afterwards and while looking at the Swedish Bakery he has marks on his right temple. Those marks are no longer there in later scenes such as Claxton's office.
