Continuity mistake: When Mikey wakes up from being shot, Sunny has on a pair of green/black Mechanix gloves. When they get in the SWCC boats, and is talking to Rosland Sanchez, his gloves are black/white Mechanix gloves.

Continuity mistake: Just after the beginning, the Aussie man, walking with a tiny dog, has an ice cream in his hand that vanishes - one second it's there and the next second it's gone.

Factual error: The pirates' map shows a drawing of Tower Bridge, which Pirate Captain sees through the telescope moments later. Construction of Tower Bridge started in 1886, and it was completed in 1894. Queen Victoria was 73 when Tower Bridge was completed, whereas she is in her late twenties or mid thirties here. The sign setting the film in 1837 also makes no sense given this timeline. (00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: It was snowing relatively heavily during the Baxters' drive to the Christmas party. Right before Catherine called to check on the kids and told Alexis "it's really snowing up here", an external view of the house did not show any snow falling. (00:38:15 - 00:38:42)

Character mistake: When the three are introduced to the adoptive couple, their names are not provided. But the husband then says they want to adopt Moe.

Continuity mistake: Jack tosses his beer as he's walking towards Charlotte. Then he takes the boxes but still has the beer in his left hand. When he turns around again, the beer is gone. (00:15:20)

Revealing mistake: Right at the end of the fight between Selene and the Uber-Lycan in the vampire coven, the Uber-Lycan throws Selene into some wooden panels, knocking her unconscious. As she travels through the air you can tell that she is suspended by wires; she travels far too slowly towards the wooden panels for someone who was just thrown. (00:48:35)

Continuity mistake: When Alex and her boyfriend are going up to the play gym, her hair style changes. It's crimped as they are walking up, then changes to straight when they are taking Hunter home.

Continuity mistake: The homeless beggar at the entrance of Peach Trees gets splattered by the blast doors closing, creating a pool of blood on the ground. When they open again at the end of the film there is no blood or body.

Continuity mistake: When the stewardess is at FDR's door when the camera is facing her her hair is up, but when then camera goes behind her the hair is down and flowing. (01:07:50 - 01:08:55)

Revealing mistake: When Stevens leaves the house about halfway through and sits on a bench there is a modern electrical outlet on the wall to his left.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Drew and his band are setting up on stage, just about to do "Heaven", you can see the Mic has the decorations on it. Then just before Lonny goes to put them on they magically disappear.

Revealing mistake: When Snow White rides the white horse bareback to the dark wood. In the last few frames as the horse gets trapped in the mud you can see a very thin set of reins attached to the horse's head.

Continuity mistake: Sean and Emily spend the night on a boat after her first mob. The blanket lies differently in consecutive shots. (00:45:25)

Continuity mistake: Luke's motorcycle can't decide if it's a 2-stroke (in the circle cage), or a 4-stroke engine. It seems to be the high pitched wail of a 2-stroker when there's a chase, but has the mellow burble of a thumper when he starts it for his son. This changes back and forth at least 4 times.

Visible crew/equipment: Crew member holding some equipment is visible in a reflection of the window on the right of the screen. (01:29:45)

Revealing mistake: When Sparky's tail pops off there is a hole where it popped off. But when the tail goes into the bucket the hole is gone.

Factual error: In the scene where Dave is playing cards with soldiers, some of the paper money being gambled is a design of U.S. money not introduced until about 30 years later.

Plot hole: Hock sneaks a gun into the prisoner interrogation area because he is told that guns are not allowed there. If the prison was so strict about keeping guns out of that area then they would surely have metal detectors to prevent such a thing from happening. (00:15:25)
Suggested correction: Not a plot hole at all. Most of the people who are allowed in those areas will be government employees, who will be deemed trusted enough to follow the rules.
