Question: Why do they not refer to Pooh as Winnie? His name is Winnie the Pooh.
Answer: "Pooh" is his name of endearment. If you think about the people in your life, maybe the people you went to school with, you might remember several who were referred to most often by their middle name or their last name, or some nickname or designation other than their first name.
Question: By the sounds of it, Wilbur was wanting a divorce or something but why? Is it because Marissa's a spy?
Answer: I don't think Wilbur knew that Marissa was a spy. Where in the movie was there evidence of a divorce?

Chosen answer: Although that would be funny, I rather doubt that's Ramin Karimloo. From the DVD's special features he revealed that it takes an hour to transform him into the Phantom. Since this was filmed live on stage, it would be very impractical to have him take the makeup off halfway through the musical.

Answer: He is just the only one shown doing so. Everyone in the "Fire Sale" room, is basically done for and they know it. the company will keep the best of the best (or those critical to the company's ability to function) and lay off the rest.
Answer: In the original book, near the beginning when talking about Winnie it says "his arms were so stiff... they stayed up straight in the air for more than a week, and whenever a fly came and settled on his nose he had to blow it off. And I think-but I am not sure-that that is why he is always called Pooh."
