Continuity mistake: When the guys are being hit by bugs, you see Woody drive past everyone, when he gets hit by the bird you see him passing everyone again.
Continuity mistake: Francis' bandages change from shot to shot. Example: When they first leave their compartment on the train to go get a drink, they make their way along an aisle. When Francis says "I want you both to know it", the blue pad is visible over his right ear, but the shot changes as he turns around to say "I love you, Peter." and the blue pad is completely hidden under the white vertical bandage. Continuity mistake: When Ben and Gwen are fighting off aliens on Incarcecon, right after the tetramand destroys the hoverboard, the Omnitrix is missing from Ben's wrist.
Revealing mistake: At the end, there is a group of people with their backs to the camera, facing & waving to the Fantastic 4. As the F4 fly towards the camera and out of the shot, the crowd turns to continue waving to them. One small boy in white remains facing the wrong way, still waving, until another child grabs the back of his clothes & turns him to face the right way.
Other mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie, when Lewis's real mum picks him up from the box and hugs him, it's no more than three seconds before she hears Lewis from the future slipping on the step. She gets scared and puts baby Lewis back in the box. When Wilbur takes Lewis to meet his mum, near the end of the movie, the time his mum holds the baby is more than twenty five seconds.
Deliberate mistake: Loch Ness is portrayed as a clear lake, as shown in the underwater scene. In real life, Loch Ness is so murky there is only six feet of visibility. Obviously deliberately done for the sake of the storyline.
Continuity mistake: The writing on Ghost's sword early in the film has the Turisas rune (representing TH in Thunder) near the hilt, but later not only is a different font used but now the Dagalas rune (representing the D in sword) is at the hilt.
Factual error: Hadrian's Wall is facing the wrong direction. The Wall was built to defend Britannia from the Picts in Scotland; therefore, its front should face north. However, as the Romans approach it from the south, they are greeted by the sheer face of the Wall.
Revealing mistake: In the scene at the beginning of the film when the bus enters the village, you can see that the road signs are on the left side of the road (not facing the bus) and the continous line that separates the two ways is on the exit of the curve, not before the curve. This is because the action of the movie is set to happen in England but that scene was filmed in Romania, a country with right-hand traffic. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: In the first shot it is seen, the fence of the power station that Doomsday is thrown at shows that gate part is slightly taller than the rest of the fence and has one sign on each door of the gate. But then moments later as Doomsday is plowing through the gate, it is now the same height as the rest of the fence, and only one sign is present, which becomes smaller and a darker color. Also two vehicles appear behind the fence that were previously not there. Also on the gate there is a sign on each side of it, but before it breaks there is a sign only on the right side. (00:22:30)
Continuity mistake: When being shot at by the angry waiter, the right hand door mirror was hit by the rifle shot. A few seconds later a view shows only a very minor hole in the glass, and no damage to the rest of the mirror. Surely a rifle shot would have caused more damage to plastic and chrome trim, almost surely passing right through. (00:30:20)
Factual error: Contrary to popular belief, a person won't freeze immediately in outer space, as depicted in the movie. Space may be cold, but it's also a great insulator and the biggest problem for astronauts is dissipating the heat generated in their bodies.
Continuity mistake: All wide shots of Hrothgar's hall show it in the outer ward of his fortress, about two hundred metres from the towers on the edge of the cliff, with open ground on three sides and an embankment on the fourth. But later several characters are able to step straight out of the hall onto a balcony that overhangs the cliffs and sea below.
Factual error: When the two nuns strip to join Lorenzo in the bathtub, they both have bikini tan lines, hardly an everyday occurrence during the 14th century.
Continuity mistake: In the scene just after the bathroom scene where she dumps the weed into the toilet, Jane writes the smiley in the sky and soon afterwards dumps her purse onto the sidewalk. Her cell phone (which was destroyed in the kitchen incident) falls out among the other items, without a scratch on it.
Factual error: No army flight from Georgia to Iraq would cross central Mexico.
Continuity mistake: When Frylock is watching New Jersey getting destroyed by the Insane-O-Flex, look for a building to the left through the Ferris Wheel. When Meatwad transforms into a building, the fires briefly stop, then turn on again.
Continuity mistake: In the opening fight scene, Dolph Lundgren's character is wearing a watch when he takes up his position against the Mongolian champion, but this disappears as soon as the actual fight begins.
Suggested correction: Not necessarily a mistake. Little kids can have a hard time keeping track of/focusing on things. I know little kids that have a hard time looking in the direction of the camera when their picture is being taken.

There's a difference between not looking at a camera when you don't care about having your picture taken and being able to follow superheroes that pass you, especially if you're waving at them. The reason it's a revealing mistake is because everyone involved had to pretend superheroes were passing them and the kid didn't know when to turn.
