Other mistake: When Jaguar Paw is running to reach the corn to escape and gets knocked down by an arrow; Middle Eye was about to whack him when Blunted intervened. You can hear Middle Eye say in English "Get off me!" while he's being held back. (01:27:52)
Other mistake: Every time somebody climbs to the attic in the "lake house", you see a small, dark, enclosed chamber with some abandoned stuff. However, as soon as you see the "lake house" from the outside, it is a single-level construction entirely made of glass, with no inside staircase or ladder, and three smaller glasshouses on the roof. There is not a single wooden panel to enclose the attic, nor any construction in the house that looks like it could be that attic.
Suggested correction: It's not a "dark, enclosed chamber"; it's a glass surround with part of the windows darkened, but others letting light in. The ladder is shown near the end of the movie (when he's putting the box of letters away) to fold up into a small space, and the "attic" is merely a small space, easily the height of the roof plus one of the glass bits you can see from outside the house.
After looking at many photos of the house, there is no space for the attic.
Other mistake: When Costigan drags a handcuffed Sullivan into the elevator, Costigan slams Sullivan against the wall and his left arm is visible and not in handcuffs. (02:13:05)
Other mistake: Near the end of the movie, after the cops storm the bank, all the cops walk into the vault, and as the camera follows them into the vault, you can hear the camera hit the metal vault door, and visibly see the camera shake from hitting it. (01:38:15)
Other mistake: Jim Lampley reacts to a knockdown by saying "That could be the end of the fight right there," then quickly adds "but no!" when he sees that Rocky is getting up. The problem is, we hear the "but no!" just before we see any sign that Rocky is going to get up.
Other mistake: Gray is at the office and wants to call Dunn Hamilton Investments Customer Relations on the note pad but the 1-800-INVEST isn't enough digits for a complete phone number.
Other mistake: During the musical auditions, the pairs audition doesn't start until halfway through the auditions. But the disturbing dancers were a pair audition and Ryan and Sharpay were the only pairs.
Other mistake: Throughout the movie we see the mustang rolling chassis in the garage. This is a rolling chassis of a 1967 Shelby mustang gt 500/350. The main ways to realize this are that the car has the cut outs in the front for the 2 fog lights that the Shelby had and that the back end has a spoiler which is built into the body. However the car they do all the driving with is a base model 1967 mustang fastback. While a new grille would've covered up the fog-light cutout, the regular fastbacks didn't have the built into the body spoiler like the Shelby's did. Removing the built in spoiler and making it as smooth as it was would've taken way too much time and supplies. It also wouldn't have served any benefit. You could argue they were trying to eliminate down-force on the back but the spoiler was only about 2 inches, it wouldn't have helped. The directors did this to avoid wrecking the much more rare Shelby mustang.
Other mistake: When Bruce and Mos Def are running through the alley near the beginning, they run past a Chinese man who slams a dumpster lid shut. Once Bruce pulls out his gun to look back, that same man starts running because he gets scared. In the next shot, he continues running, but soon stops as if he thinks filming is over. This is visible right before the camera pans to the right.
Other mistake: The same shot of two guys looking at a computer while sitting outside on the school campus is used in two different scenes. (00:02:15 - 00:11:35)
Other mistake: In the scene where Mary Lynn Rajskub is driving Harrison Ford around, she is told at the beginning of the scene to "pop the clutch", signifying that she is driving a manual transmission vehicle. However, during the drive, she never removes her hands from the steering wheel to shift gears.
Other mistake: When Andy is walking by the fountain in Paris, her phone starts ringing. When she checks to see who it is, Miranda's name and number shows up; however, if you look closely, the phone is actually showing an outgoing call TO Miranda, not FROM Miranda.
Other mistake: When Haskins and the other coach are going on their recruiting trips in the beginning, we can see the two of them talking on the phone. Funny thing is, that both of them are using pay phones. So who called who? How did they know the number? And how did they know when the other one was going to be near that pay phone? I feel it is highly impossible for one to reach the other when both of them are using pay phones.
Other mistake: When Didier shouts Georgia's order in French after talking about it with the waiter, the subtitles read (among other things) "lobster" when he says "langoustine", and "casserole" when he says "cassoulet". In fact, langoustine is "scampi" (not lobster) and cassoulet is a traditional bean dish from Southern France, not a casserole. Even the waiter had called it "cassoulet" when he recited the menu to Georgia.
Other mistake: During the scene where Tom Hanks brings Sophie to his colleague's house in England, there is a chess board. The chess board is incorrectly set up as any chess player will tell you that the white king belongs on the fifth square from the left. In the shot, the white king is one the fourth square from the left, ie. he is switched with where the queen should be. Teabing would definitely know how to set the board up properly.
Other mistake: In the scene where the family is almost at the hotel, Richard asks Frank what time it is. Frank looks down (as if he is looking at his watch) and says "Two fifty-nine." Frank is not wearing a watch in any scene in the entire movie, especially given the fact that both of his wrists are bandaged from his suicide attempt.
Other mistake: Frankie tells Vanessa that he brings his son to the park on Saturdays and would like to meet her there. It shows in another scene from that day that Nikki, the foster child, had been in school that day so it couldn't have been a weekend day.
Other mistake: In the scene when Hector Lavoe and his wife (Mark Anthony and JLo) are walking down the street in New York, on the right hand of the screen you will see a man taking a picture with his cell phone. The scene is supposed to be based in the 70's.
Other mistake: During the hill climb up terrain shaped like a valley with rocks on either side, a soldier is directly hit with a large explosive, probably from the big guns, and his severed head lands down on another soldier's back, who is crouching to help another man. When the head lands on his back, it is just an empty helmet, but when he looks at it on the ground, you see the partially alive, severed head lying next to it with much of the neck still attached.
Other mistake: During the 25 years time span of the movie, all of the characters age noticeably except for Clover and Damon. He, miraculously, goes through his teens, 20s and up to his late 40s gaining just a couple of gray hairs and a few wrinkles around his mouth, plus the same young voice from the early days.
