Visible crew/equipment: When Harry and Perry are walking up the path at night, you can see some shadows on the trees that are going in the opposite direction.
Visible crew/equipment: In the vault scene, there's a part when the camera shifts and you can see the area outside the cylindrical vault set in the upper left of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dead Reckoning (the massive truck) is starting to be surrounded by zombies there is an extra spotlight mounted on top of it. It wasn't there in any of the earlier scenes. The shot where it's visible has Dead Reckoning on the right, eight or nine zombies on the left all walking by, and a few powerlines visible in the background. It looks like they just put it on top to give some extra light on the zombies.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dekker follows Richards on a motorbike, Richards smashes into a TV. Dekker avoids the TV, but the camera crew hits the leftovers. (00:36:10)

As soon as he tears the mask/helmet away, look carefully to the right of the screen. For a split second, you can see the black outline of a person standing beside it.
