Visible crew/equipment: In Mary Ann's kitchen, just as Ray comments, "Ok, well you hungry? I'll get you some food," the clear reflection of a male crewmember moving around is visible in the glass window behind Ray. Then just as he says, "This is ketchup and mustard," another older male crewmember is visible directly in front of Rachel's reflection. (00:35:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When the woman is performing an autopsy on one of the dead "creatures" the lights supposedly flicker and turn off. There is a hand visible flicking the switches on the lamp to the right side of the screen. (00:45:40)
Visible crew/equipment: About half way through there is a shot that shows Jonathan sitting in his living room. On the right-hand side of the screen we can see the windows and it's dark outside. Even so, you can see a cameraman holding a camera moving along the window filming Jon from behind.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the freeway chase, when Laurent steps out of the passenger side of his car, a camera and several crew members are reflected in the door of an approaching vehicle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ford runs past the caravan to chase the Vogons with a towel, you can see the cameraman, and about 4 other crew members reflecting in the caravan's surface.
Visible crew/equipment: When 'The Commander' picks up the special hero-mobile phone in the kitchen, as he talks, he leans forward and the autocue screen is very clearly reflected in his glasses. (00:04:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After Sidious has killed Windu he speaks to Anakin. Sidious says, "Become my apprentice. Learn to use the dark side of the Force," and just as he says the words "the Force" you can see the tip of the boom microphone dip down above his head. This is visible on the 2005 full screen DVD. Visible crew/equipment: In the vault scene, there's a part when the camera shifts and you can see the area outside the cylindrical vault set in the upper left of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dead Reckoning (the massive truck) is starting to be surrounded by zombies there is an extra spotlight mounted on top of it. It wasn't there in any of the earlier scenes. The shot where it's visible has Dead Reckoning on the right, eight or nine zombies on the left all walking by, and a few powerlines visible in the background. It looks like they just put it on top to give some extra light on the zombies.
Visible crew/equipment: During the assassination attempt scene, President Gerald Fitzhugh is thrown from the blazing limo and lands on the pavement. When he begins to get up, watch closely and you'll be able to see a blue blanket that was placed on the ground to protect the actor as he sat on the pavement.
Visible crew/equipment: In the end of the film, when the bicycle falls, we can see two shadows that are cranes for both the camera and the bicycle. These shadows cannot be seen in the first scene where Danny, Walter and their father are playing. (01:36:40)
