Factual error: In episode 2-11: "Safe House," Bradin's PSAT score report is shown. He has a 726 verbal and a 746 math, for a total of 1472. However, the PSAT has three sections - verbal, math, and writing skills - and each is scored on a scale of 80 points, not 800. So PSATs run on a scale of 240, not the familiar 1600 that the SAT used until earlier in 2005.
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning, when the Taliban steps on the landmine, you see the DEA agent getting hit with dirt and blood. In the center of the shot, you can see a few drops of blood stick to the camera lens. Incredibly easy to notice, so I'm not sure how this one slipped through.
Coming Home - S1-E3
Factual error: At the convalescent home, Dr. Conner asks if a lector has been to the home to give communion. Later, he describes a lector as a person who gives communion at church or to the homebound. A Eucharistic Minister or Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion gives communion in the Catholic Church.
Episode #3 - S1-E3
Audio problem: When Muhammad is meeting with the group of Al-Quaeda leaders in the desert, the movements of his mouth do not match what he is saying in the foreign language.
Continuity mistake: In two episodes aired consecutively on CBBC on April 7th 2004, The "DON'T WALK/WALK" sign moves from one side of the crossing to the other and changes colour. At the end of the episode where Bernie has a lucky watch, the sign is to the right of the main door to the apartment building and has orange text. At the start of the episode where Bernie finds a cat, the sign is to the left, and red.
Continuity mistake: When Shirley walks through the door you can see over Alan's shoulder that he's reading the comics in the daily paper. As they talk the paper changes to the business section.
Factual error: Harold Alexander, although his rank of major-general is correctly mentioned by the narrator, wears the rank insignia of a full general.
