Revealing mistake: During the wedding scene, while the narrator is talking, you can see the string that will pull the left table apart. As said in the commentary, the filmmakers weren't going for the idea of people pulling the tables apart, but rather some other force parting them. (01:27:40)

However when they all land Gus comes out then Austin and Madeline comes last. Not only that but she loses Max inside, how she can let go of him if he was on her lap and he ends up behind her?
Factual error: Near the end of the movie, Raul is telling the hunter to not kill the tigers. Throughout the scene, you can hear a bird call. The bird is a grebe. Grebes do not live in the jungle- they are only found near large bodies of water.
Factual error: In the final credits, the song "Brazil" is credited to "Aro Barrosa". The composer's real name is Ary Barroso.
Plot hole: Kahuna seems to be about five or six, yet the formula he took stopped him from aging, even though he was a baby when he took it.
Other mistake: In the Arena Challenge scene, Nokama yells at Vakama to shoot the statue. In this shot, the back of her head passes through her armor, which cannot be possible with the actual Nokama figure. (00:21:49)
Plot hole: In the scene where the Sheriff stops the cows' brawl, he gives them to the Chinese man. The Sheriff knows what Pearl's animals look like, so why didn't he recognize the cows as Pearl's?
