Once the truck has stopped rolling, you can see a piece of U-channel bolted across the underside with a cylinder on the passenger side, which was used to help the truck roll over.
Revealing mistake: In the rave club, right before Creasy fires the sawed-off shotgun at the woman who's trying to hide, the part of the wall that will be blown out is visible (it's a patched-up circle). (01:28:30)

After he finally tucks her in, he puts his finger on the light switch on the wall, but it is already in the "off" position. Revealing mistake: At the end of the movie, where Commisar Niemans and his partner are in a firefight with a group of "angels", one of the bad guys is firing a Minimi machine-gun. When the camera zooms in, you can see that the weapon is fed with blank rounds.

Revealing mistake: At the start of the movie, when the axe gang leader is finishing off the now-one-legged man, you can see in his shadow that he's not hitting the man. Also, if he did hit, you should think that he'd have to pull out the axe blade again, but again in the shadow's arm movement, you see him move his arm in a circular movement, not hitting the victim.
Suggested correction: He could, in fact have an earpiece/hearing aid in place, and what with the wild night he's been having, the accident and all, a blood pack is not out of place either.
