Factual error: When Shorty is removing Jennings' memories in the beginning, the pictures shown are from a third person viewpoint. If they are his memories, shouldn't these be from Jennings' viewpoint? (00:06:40)
Continuity mistake: When the Rock finally starts using guns, there is one shot where the three holes in his tee shirt are on the right side of his chest, because it is a flipped shot. The holes are on the left side of his chest in every other shot. (01:23:20 - 01:24:40)
Plot hole: In the scene where she goes to her house after escaping there is no police tape on the front door even though it is a crime scene. Earlier the police searched and taped her office - it only makes sense that they would do the same to her house.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eddie Murphy is going into the crypt, he takes one of the lit torches. While they are trying to escape the skeletons, the door to the crypt closes and locks. When they show the shot of his son outside, you see two torches again. When he gets the doors open and they leave, you see one.
Continuity mistake: In the first race, the Supra crashes down after jumping the bridge, and a side shot shows that the Supra's rear wheels have changed from the expensive chrome items to the standard Supra wheels. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Josh Hartnett and Harrison Ford, where they are at the club's murder scene, Josh's hair is first swept over his forehead, and then, the next shot shows it's not. Then a few shots later, it is over his forehead again.

Factual error: The movie leaves the impression that Huntsville, Texas and Austin, Texas are just a short distance apart. In reality, they are at least three hours apart.
Other mistake: During the jury selection montage the judge says 'Enter Lydia Deets as a juror.' Moments later, her profile is shown on screen and the lawyers accept her and the judge says 'Enter Miss Deets as a juror.' she has been entered into the list twice.
Factual error: When young Ichi is hit in the face with the baseball, he doesn't react realistically. He simply falls back spitting blood, when in reality, he would have been knocked out and probably lost a number of teeth, and perhaps even broken a bone in his face.
Continuity mistake: The burger thrown to the windshield moves to the right or center of the glass depending on the angle.
