Revealing mistake: When Gladys is serving B-Rad his food, you see her take his knife and fork and start to cut his steak. If you look closely she hardly even touches his steak with the knife but she makes the movements like she's cutting it. (00:15:59)
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie, there is a scene where Buddy hits his head on the roof of the house as he's running out. You can obviously see a machine pushed the snow forward to land on his head. [May be easier to see in fullscreen version]. (00:12:40)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Bruiser is reunited with his mom, you can obviously see that Bruiser's mom isn't a female. There is a shot where the dog's tail is lifted up, and you cannot see female genitalia.
Revealing mistake: In the big scene at the children's show when David and Natalie are revealed kissing behind the curtain, many members of the audience are shown snapping picture after picture. One of the guys who is snapping away very rapidly has a "throw-away" one-time use camera. All one-time use cameras have wind wheels, meaning you can't take photos that quickly. (01:54:15)
Revealing mistake: In the scene with the press conference, as Chris is making her way to the front, journalists are holding cassette recorders out, as if seeking comment. The problem comes in that they are playing their recorders, but not recording, since the play buttons are pushed, but the red record buttons are not.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Ray and Eva have sex for the first time, Eva is moving underneath the blanket and you can see that she has a pair of knickers on. The couple were supposed to have just finished having sex, why would she have knickers on?
Revealing mistake: Don't worry, Aunt Sally isn't really dead. She's still breathing in the shots where people come to look at her in her coffin.
Revealing mistake: When the b.j. instructor gives Frank the black eye, Frank has a bandage on his neck where the dart will strike.
Revealing mistake: When Kate is telling the kids that their dad is quitting his job, the boy called Mike looks directly at the camera.

Revealing mistake: When Mrs Arness and her dog, William Shakespeare, are at Peter's house, the dog walks over to Georgie. You can see the actor who plays Georgie had to hold dog treats in both of his hands to keep the dog near him in the scene. Confirmed in the audio commentary. (01:09:05)
Revealing mistake: When Watson is standing over Jackie's dead body and says "I'm sorry I wasn't there when you needed me most, my friend" you can see Jackie reflected in the TV standing ready for his queue before entering the picture. (00:41:55)
Revealing mistake: When Martin Lawrence was trying to get into his car after he supposedly locked the keys in it, you can see in the shot from inside the car that the door was unlocked. You can tell because the orange-red sticker on the lock is showing, which wouldn't be visible if it was locked. (00:10:50)
Revealing mistake: At the beginning when cutting the tomatoes onto the buns, Bob is not even coming close to the tomato in his hand, yet slices are falling off onto the buns. (00:03:50)
Revealing mistake: Katie Holmes appears to have a bandage on her finger way before she actually gets hurt. When Bobby hangs the turkey drawing on the door and she kisses him goodbye, the bandage is on her finger, but it's not until she peels the potatoes that her finger is cut. (00:14:25 - 00:24:50)
Revealing mistake: At the end when the Monk With No Name has turned old and is walking away from Kar and Jade while waving to them (without looking back), you can see a finger on the left side of the screen covering up the corner and side of the lens. This is for sure in the wide-screen DVD version. (01:37:25)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Donna flies as a captain, you can see on the throttle quadrant there are three levers for three engines. There are groups of four dials instead of three for engine temperatures and pressure, and they don't even show symmetric values for similar engines. Furthermore, the altimeter reads over 3000ft, equivalent to a landing in Switzerland or Peru. Finally, there are multiple red and yellow lights on the panel; these colors only come on as a warning like low cabin pressure or engine fire.
Revealing mistake: When Ashton Kutcher drops all the mice, it is obvious that one of them is a toy mouse.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Phil Kaufman is in the hospital searching for Gram Parsons' body, he pulls back the sheet covering the body and the actor playing the corpse moves his eye - the right one to be precise.
Revealing mistake: During the still photo shoot, the photographer asks Harris to pause so he can change films. The assistant can be seen sliding the lightproof cover into the film magazine on the back of the camera, and then immediately removing the sliding cover, all without actually changing films or magazines.
