Continuity mistake: DMX uses his Porsche to slide a dumpster into the vehicle following him, staying in contact right up to the impact, so by rights the back of his car ought to be wrecked, but in all the scenes afterwards when we see his Porsche, it doesn't have a scratch on it. (00:31:30)

This would never be possible in a Latin sentence, because words in Latin are never in exactly the same order as in English. Words that actually belong together can be placed at opposite ends of a sentence.
Other mistake: When Jackie meets the boss of the Interpol department in Ireland, he shows everyone some sketches, the child and then a man with a hat. Revealing mistake: The shots of the aircraft in flight (carrying the liver) at the beginning of the film have been flipped. The "tail number" of the plane is visible and is obviously backwards.
Audio problem: When Steve is thanking Melissa for marrying Mark, the bride turns out to be Angela. Angela knocks Steve to the floor and grabs a gun from under her wedding dress. You can hear the sound of a hammer cocking but the gun turns out to be a hammerless automatic.
Audio problem: When Zero and Marcel are fighting over the music near the beginning, the music regularly changes before their fingers reach the buttons.
Continuity mistake: When Pancho and Frank are bathing in the lake, you see an Italian Horn on Frank's necklace. The camera angle changes and it is now a medallion.
Visible crew/equipment: When R enters the control room where Cyper is waiting and the camera moves towards Cyon, you can see the reflection of the camera in the curved glass. (01:35:20)
Other mistake: Sam asks Leo if she can see his gun, then she points it at him. He laughs and says the clip is removed and that he would never have let her have a loaded gun. She shows him the clip she has stolen from his pocket, loads it into the gun, and cocks it. When she cocks it, a round comes out, meaning that there was already a round in the chamber, so he did give her a loaded gun. She only had one shot, but it was still loaded.
Factual error: In the opening scene, the German soldiers are searching the Americans. They remove a package of Lucky Strike cigarettes from one of the Americans. This package has the red circle against the green background. Green ink was stopped in 1942 because it uses chromium for green pigment which was necessary for war production of steel. Slogan "Lucky Strike Greens Has Gone to War" was a big advertisement in 1942 with introduction of white background on package.
Revealing mistake: When the Bodyguard attacks the rival gang, he stabs one of the torch carriers, to which we get a close-up of. As the blade goes in, blood comes out - when the Bodyguard removes his blade, there is no stab wound, not even in the torch carriers clothes.
Continuity mistake: As the girls ride in to town to avenge Kim, there is a deputy in a faded red shirt on a second-floor balcony. The first time he gets shot, he does a flip onto the street. The second time he gets shot, he goes over backwards.
Revealing mistake: In the railroad yard shootout, Seagal jumps on a railroad work cart. He then kicks at a post to propel himself down the track, but one can easily see the pull cable/rope just inside the near rail, in the lower right hand corner of the screen. (00:44:05)
Deliberate mistake: When the teacher walks over the floor towards the blackboard, he walks through a lot of blood. However when it cuts, he leaves no traces of blood where he steps.
