Continuity mistake: In the scene at the end where they are finding out who the killer is, Joshua has lots of blood on his face. In next shot, there is less of it and then it disappears in the next shot. Then, there is lots of blood again.
Continuity mistake: When the fake sheriff enters the basement we can see he leaves the door open. When it cuts to wide shots we can see in both wide shots that the door is closed. Then it appears open again later. (01:22:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Carla and Darl are talking in front of her house, she closes the back door to her car. In the next shot it is open and closed again in the next one.
Continuity mistake: When Claire is in the Captain's quarters, the locker falls open. As the camera pans up and left across the inside of the door, it slowly passes a photo of Cmdr. Winters in front of a banner that partially reads 'Welcomes Sinatra', and to our left is Frank Sinatra partly shown in the photo. Moments later, Olivia is looking at that same specific photo, and in close-up you can no longer tell who's at the left side (obscured by a hanging jacket) and the banner now reads 'Welcomes Goodman'. (Apparently there was a 'rights' issue that arose during filming that forced a switch to Goodman's name and music, and the earlier Sinatra shot was used in error.) (00:32:25)
Continuity mistake: Augustine's hair has a life of its own. It becomes messed up a few shots before she fights with Gaby, then is back to its proper position during the piano shot of her song, then it's back to messy - but in a different way than before - for the standing up part of the song.
Continuity mistake: When sitting around the table with her friends, the book Katie is holding changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: John's shoes change from the time he gets out of his car the first time at Gordon's house to when he's inside the house in the bathtub.
