Revealing mistake: During the scene where the tractor trailer truck crashes through the ice truck in the field, you can tell that the ice truck has been lengthened to make this possible.
Revealing mistake: When Kakihara is smoking in the beginning, you can tell the cigarette is not really lit, and that the glow of it was added later using computer graphics. The easiest way to notice this is to notice how no smoke is coming off of the cigarette itself.
Revealing mistake: At 1:20:25 - Just after Joe and Bobby have returned to the plane to pick up the gold, we see 2 ground crewmen walking across the front of camera. One of them stares directly at the camera for a half-second, before shaking his head away, so as not to look like he's staring at the camera. (Danged extras. .). (01:20:25)
Revealing mistake: In the shootout scene on the bridge, when the helicopter is being shot by Steven S., you can see that each time a bullet strikes the helicopter, it splinters, revealing it is in fact made of wood.
Revealing mistake: When Jack breaks into the Albert Dock Road building where the hijackers have their hideout, he enters through a wire-mesh-reinforced roof window. From below you see that he hits it once, causing a huge shower of big glass pieces (as if there were no wire mesh), and then the whole, almost intact pane comes down as if the mesh hadn't been connected to the frame. Revealing mistake: In the first 10 minutes of the film, the terrorists steal radioactive material from "Cyberdine" corporation. Sound familiar? - think Terminator 2. Half of the shots used in this sequence are the EXACT same ones as the ones used in T2. The windows blowing up, the cops taking cover behind their police cars under gunfire, the SWAT van being driven through the building, and finally the helicopter chasing the SWAT van. You even see a shot with the truck full of liquid nitrogen. Perhaps the film ran out of funding partway through shooting.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where the prisoners are moving their blockade of dinner trays across the yard, you can see one of the prisoners run too far to the right.

A fake newspaper called "New York Pone" is shown, with the front page dedicated to baby Pootie and his invention of a new language. Revealing mistake: When the group comes across the first ass-blaster, it hops out from behind the fence. Pay attention to its right leg when it jumps out and you'll see a rock on the ground just appear behind it. After it spots them, it stomps a few times. While it's stomping, pay close attention to the rock and you'll see it and some of the ground around it just disappear after a few frames. This rock also isn't visible in any other part of the scene.
