Visible crew/equipment: In one scene Julia is in the cell and the sprinkler turns on. It stops, then she goes to the glass panel and starts banging on it and yells "Let me the fuck out! Let me out!", and you can see the reflection of a cameraman with a camera trying to keep a low profile, as she runs across, banging and shouting this. (01:08:10)
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the film after Russell and his buddies have stormed the camp and rescued Meg's husband, Russell sets a claymore mine on the escape path. As soon as the bad guys get close to the mine, Russell detonates it. If you look above the two bad guys as the mine is detonating (just before the camera cuts to Russell and back), you can see the wires they are harnessed to.
Visible crew/equipment: When David gets off the Bus to see his son playing football the boom mic is visible. Look closely to the far left of the screen in the reflection of the bus window and you'll see the large stick like mic briefly.
Visible crew/equipment: After the Paula has sex with the guy, she is in the bathroom looking for something in the cabinet. The camera moves to the right and you can see the reflection in the mirror of the arm of the camera man who is wearing a white sweater or shirt and possibly a wrist watch. (More visible with zoom function) (01:19:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When the train breaks Carter's car there is a camera man inside it.
Visible crew/equipment: After Jules tells Frank to give the radio a rest, Frank heads upstairs to Johnny at his bedtime. It then intercuts between 1969 Frank and adult John simultaneously singing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game," and just as Frank sings, "Cause it's root, root, root for the home team," a crew member's hand appears between the bed and dresser in order to settle the rambunctious pup, Elvis. (00:21:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jason approaches Ginger and Brigitte and suggests they should "get together," you can subtly and briefly see the shadow of the camera on the back of his head. When it cuts to the opposite angle, there's nothing else behind him that could be casting the shadow. (It happens very quick and can be hard to catch).
Visible crew/equipment: When Kitano approaches the girl in the forest to give her an umbrella you can see a microphone positioned between them. It looks like they angled the shot so it would be hidden by the actress' body. (01:24:30)
Visible crew/equipment: Right before he discovers the knife that killed his girlfriend, someone's hand is visibly scaring the crow off the top of the filing cabinet. (00:18:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Sebastian is stalking his neighbor and looking at her to see if he can see her undress in the beginning, there is a brief moment where you can see the reflection of a camera crew in the window looking into Sebastian's apartment.
