Character mistake: In the Liverpool match the commentator says that Liverpool could win their 19th title, in the 1988-89 season Liverpool had 17 titles, and won their 18th title the year after in the 1989-90 season.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Lily and Dan are doing it in the car, you can see someone sitting in the front seat in the car rocking it.
Continuity mistake: When the kids are telling Beaver that he has to climb into the teacup, the kid with the heabands hair keeps changing. In one shot, it's hanging over the headband, and in the next the headband is in front over the hair, and it keeps going back and forth.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry is on the bus with Alice, one second he's wearing his hat, he takes it off, then the next second it's back on, then it disappears for the rest of the scene.
Continuity mistake: There is one scene where Re-Eddie and Tuttle are driving in the desert but the clouds aren't moving and are easily fake.
Continuity mistake: In an early scene Jack and Collette sit in a bar. While he is drinking a martini she tells him that he is the father of her son. He is so shocked by the news that he practically finishes the entire drink, leaving only a little bit and the olive in the glass when he sets it down. The camera swings to another angle and the martini is full again and after the camera changes angles a few more times, each showing a full glass, it finally goes back to the original angle where the glass is once again almost empty. Continuity mistake: During the sequence where Kowalski is being chased through the mining buildings, there's a shot where the passenger-side mirror gets knocked off the car by a jutting pole, and the camera tracks it to breaking on the ground. But the next shot showing that side of the car shows the mirror. It keeps appearing and vanishing for the rest of the scene (when it's not there, there's no sign of damage to the car: the car used for those shots appears to never have had a wing-mirror).
Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the movie when Alex is waiting for Isabel on the bridge, Isabel sees Alex and hits the breaks. Her foot is shown stepping on the pedal and her polish color is a light color. Later when the two are in the ambulance, her toe nails are painted bright red. (01:38:28)
Continuity mistake: When Gregory is preparing his house for the arrival of his friends, (first five minutes of movie) he makes the bed and opens all the windows. When John walks in the room, all the windows are closed.

Continuity mistake: When Joy is packing up to leave for eastern Europe, she's talking to her mom and she has two trolls in her hand, and you can see that the troll with the blue hair is still on the stand. In the next shot, she has the troll with the blue hair in her hand.
Continuity mistake: During the gun battle Kiefer's car gets shot up by the police but during the entire drive afterwards, the car shows no damage.
Revealing mistake: When Georgie stands up at the roof-top pond, she casts a shadow on the background sunrise.
Plot hole: Katherine (Kirstie Alley) the tooth fairy is instructed by Rodgers (Lynn Redgrave) that she can only go out at night, otherwise she stays in an apartment in Limbo to get her assignments. She is given names all over the world. There is always a part of the world that is in nighttime. She should always be working and never at Limbo.
Continuity mistake: After the gunfight Redmond talks about girls, etc. The guy he talks to crashes his can of beer with his right hand in one shot of Redmond but when in another shot the can ends up in his left hand.
Continuity mistake: When Hemeda is getting dressed in the presence of Nour El Sherif, he changes from being in his underwear to fully dressed in a complicated costume in a few seconds.
Continuity mistake: When Amy is standing in front of the fire in the cave and her dress catches fire, she turns 180 degrees to face Yanko who comes into the cave. The camera cuts to her dress, and her feet are now pointing towards the fire, before she turns around once again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Perdita is fighting in the desert, the sun is creating a shadow of the whole crew that can be seen at the bottom of the screen.
