Plot hole: When Andy turns into a werewolf, he kills both Amy and Detective Benbou. Later in the morgue, Amy tells him because of this that she is forced to become his "rotting sidekick." If this is completely true, then Detective Benbou should also be following Andy around but he isn't seen after Andy manages to escape from the morgue.
Plot hole: When Leo, Gustav and Himmel are driving through Miami looking for Pest, Gustav notices that the tracking device that was put in Pest's underwear shorted out because of how much he was sweating. An earlier scene showed that Pest jumped off a boat in the middle of the ocean and swam to Miami. Since the tracking device was in Pest's underwear the whole time, it should have shorted out the moment he jumped into the water leaving Pest safe and Leo, Himmel and Gustav driving around aimlessly.
Plot hole: Wouldn't the bomb (when in the back of the truck of the bad guy driving away) vaporize him, considering he wasn't that much far apart than Allison was when she was tied up? He is even quoting as "Are you comfortable? Well it doesn't matter considering you'll be vaporized before you know it," when she was about 4 ft away.
Plot hole: The main criminal puts on the "butt inspection gloves" whilst searching the first house, but when Alex sees him through the telescope he pulls down the blinds and has black gloves on. Returning outside, they revert back. However, how does Alex know the criminal donned the rubber gloves (when he describes him to his mother), if he saw what we saw through the telescope - the black gloves?
Plot hole: It takes less than 3 minutes to fill the house with water using a mere garden hose? I mean come on...
Plot hole: The policeman survives a frontal crash into the hillbilly's truck at full speed without as much a scratch. (00:24:40)
Plot hole: How could Pod have been sure that Pete would have all the things he needed, when he is preparing to rescue Peagreen from the milk bottle?
Plot hole: Katherine (Kirstie Alley) the tooth fairy is instructed by Rodgers (Lynn Redgrave) that she can only go out at night, otherwise she stays in an apartment in Limbo to get her assignments. She is given names all over the world. There is always a part of the world that is in nighttime. She should always be working and never at Limbo.
Plot hole: Why would the press converge on Greenleaf to begin with. Nobody but the residents of the town know that Howard still thinks that he is straight. Why would press people from across the US think that there was a story there? Dozens of people get thanked every year at the Oscars and the press certainly doesn't do follow up stories on every single one of them.
Plot hole: When Chris Tucker phones his girlfriend from from the mansion, we see the 2 detectives, staked out in front of the girlfriend's house listening in on the call and trace the call to Beverly Hills. At the end of the call Tucker tells her that he's "on his way over". The detectives apparently aren't too concerned about this or forget, as when Tucker shows up, they are still casually sitting in the van. They haven't called for backup to set up an ambush or anything, no, -one of them is asleep and the other decides they should go check out the girlfriend's apartment after seeing a light go on.
Suggested correction: As we who have seen the film all know, ol boy with the grey/white hair is actually a crooked cop and the younger hothead listens to him. Even when Tucker shows up at the house he still doesn't reveal that he is a crooked cop, not until he has the diamonds does he do that. It makes perfect sense for them not to call for backup, and they use her turning the light back on as proof that he has shown up showing that they heard him say he was coming.
Plot hole: The animal keepers take some tame animals to Rollo's office carrying them in their arms. When they leave the animals behind so that Rollo can shoot them they put them into cages. They didn't bring any cages with them nor were any already in the office when they came in. (00:13:35)
Plot hole: In the waning seconds of the championship game, the Huskies are down by 2 and UMass has the ball. Not only do the Huskies not intentionally foul to stop the clock, but UMass attempts to run a play and set up a basket when they simply could have dribbled out the clock and won the game. Both these strategies go against what any basketball team would do in this situation, especially in a championship game.
Plot hole: It makes no sense that Martin would be getting the invitation to the reunion mailed to his office (or to anywhere else.) He's had zero contact with the alumni committee, and they're not going to hire a private detective to find him. He also doesn't have contact with anyone else from his hometown who might have forwarded it; his father's dead, and his mother's not in her right mind. There's no explanation for why it would have ended up there except for needing to set the plot in motion.
