Visible crew/equipment: As the Power Rangers are running out of Maligore's temple as the volcanic pit erupts, in the shot from behind them all running out, down the path, if you look to the right of the screen, in the bushes you can plainly see two crewmembers standing there; one in red trousers and the other in a blue shirt holding a drink. Continuity mistake: During the sequence where Kowalski is being chased through the mining buildings, there's a shot where the passenger-side mirror gets knocked off the car by a jutting pole, and the camera tracks it to breaking on the ground. But the next shot showing that side of the car shows the mirror. It keeps appearing and vanishing for the rest of the scene (when it's not there, there's no sign of damage to the car: the car used for those shots appears to never have had a wing-mirror).
Continuity mistake: When Ashitaka spots San spitting a mouthful of blood out, the number of large teeth on San's necklace changes from four, to three, to four.
Continuity mistake: When the man at the wedding (in the gazebo) is shown wearing a money jacket, he removes the outer jacket he is wearing twice.
Continuity mistake: After the dinosaurs are on the island, they see that the path they crossed to get there is gone, so they have no way of getting back. Then when they call their parents a little bit of the path and some rocks (that weren't there before) suddenly reappear. Then when they sail back on the log about half of the path is restored.
Continuity mistake: In the middle of the hotel fight when Toby and Deliverance go through the door in their hotel room you see the door open and a number of shots impact it. The characters then go through the second of the double doors. This is commented on in the DVD commentary. Not only do the bullets not go through the second door, they don't go through the first. On top of that, you see a shot with the two doors opened, but when the bad guys enter the room the double doors miraculously turn into just one! This layout is then used for the rest of the scene.
Visible crew/equipment: When Brad Pitt is taken prisoner by the English, he tries to escape and is thrown in prison. As the camera turns back to the door, the shadow of a microphone is visible left to the door.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the postman gallops by the country house full blast and then comes back to pick up the letter from the boy's hand, you hear hoof sounds for long enough to take him hundreds of metres away, while the camera is on the boy. But when he is actually shown stopping to turn his horse around he has only come as far as the corner of the premises, maybe 20 meters away. (01:53:05 - 01:54:05)
Continuity mistake: As Prince Valiant observes the Black Knight's meeting with the vikings on the beach, the knight's visor changes position from shot to shot. When shown from behind, his visor is up, which would reveal his face. But when the knight is shown from the front, his visor is down to conceal his identity. (00:11:05)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the cop car is over taking the runaway car you can see the front bumper of the runaway car and it's in perfect condition however earlier you see them take it off. in the next shot its back to normal.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tia Carerra is reborn. Her deformed servant is chanting a spell and places a flaming dagger in her mummified mouth. She awakens and bursts into flames, just then she touches his badly deformed right hand and it heals. Over the next few camera shots his hand goes back and forth from normal to deformed.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, the stallion constantly changes from being a dapple grey horse to a flea-bitten grey horse.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the protagonist is first broken out of jail, at the end of the chase scene with the last two police cars. When they hit the ramp and crash, it is two earlyish model Crown Vics. Before they crash, it is one early model Vic, and one (what was a) late model Crown Vic in 1996.
