Visible crew/equipment: In one scene Ace is drumming large mushrooms supposedly growing on the side of a tree. When Ace knocks only one off (the very last mushroom, he hits it off the tree completely and you see) a metal spike that held all the mushroom props in place visible on the tree.
Visible crew/equipment: When Kitana, Lui, and Johnny are heading towards the Black tower in Outworld, or when Kitana is explaining that Outworld used to be a beautiful place (same time) there is an overhead shot and you can see the shadow of a man on a wall holding a boom microphone.
Visible crew/equipment: During the battle against the dinosaur skeleton, you can see a SFX guy in one shot as the creature whips its head around. He is on the left edge of the screen, standing partially in the frame and visible for nearly a full second.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bond is just about to dive of the dam, the camera has a view from over his shoulder. You can just about make out over on the far left a car park with film crew vans and trucks. There is also much further down the dam a crane with a camera on. (00:01:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Lovell secures the hatch for LM jettison, and Swigert states "Okay, pyro batts look good, I don't think we're gonna have to tie those other batteries," there is a visible bearded crew member wearing glasses and a hoodie on the lower right hand side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When grown up Alan is running around shouting "I'm Home!" after just arriving back from the jungle, the camera pans past a grandfather clock, and you can clearly see the legs of a crewmember reflected in the glass panel of the clock, moving in time with the camera. Visible crew/equipment: When Rob Lowe arrives on the Greyhound, the camera starts from high and moves down. Its reflection is visible in the windshield of the bus.
Visible crew/equipment: When Palmer thinks rain is coming down and it first shows the drops, the guy that was holding the water squirter thingey accidentally makes the water squirt to the side. You can see the water squirt to the side and look to the left, there is no water squirting there, so the guy has to aim again so that the water fits in the camera angle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Hackman rises from the ground after the last explosion, a guy is in the upper right corner standing on a balcony holding a device with an antenna (probably a remote device for explosions). He is visible almost four seconds. (01:38:23)
