Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Mel Gibson tumbles over the cliff, right along his boot, which is in the air, a safety harness is visible on Mel Gibson, which is perhaps easier viewed in slow motion. (00:42:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Muriel is trying on a wedding dress in the shop, and is admiring it in the full-length mirror, to the right in the mirror, you can clearly see a crewmember standing there, before quickly darting out of the reflection.
Visible crew/equipment: On the Enterprise-D bridge, when the ship is hit and crewmen go flying, you can see one man go over the bridge railing backward. Twice, from different angles. When he lands the second time, the edge of a blue pad to cushion his fall pops up into the bottom of the shot. (00:16:05)
Visible crew/equipment: During the Corvette scene when Arnold is driving, there is a shot looking at Bill Paxton talking and on his shoulder is the shadow of the boom mike. (00:55:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Molly spat on the first nanny's face, the woman starts drinking Mr. Singer's martini. As she drinks, a microphone drops down over her head.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the movie, as everyone reveals who they really are, when the girl reveals herself to actually be Detective Putrid you can see a hand reach up behind him and place his hat on his head. It could have been an intentional joke for the hat to suddenly float onto his head, but the hand probably wasn't supposed to be there.
Visible crew/equipment: In a scene that occurs after the confrontation in the bar, Tristan is riding his horse. At one point, he rides off very quickly, and the horse's hoof kicks up a flourescent orange traffic cone. It can be seen at the bottom of the screen, but only in the VHS version. (01:08:00)
Visible crew/equipment: In the highway chase scene where the green monster truck rolls on it's side and slides down the road, you can see the truck is rolling on dolly wheels attached to its side. (00:50:05)

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end of the film you see the long haired baddie grab Milo by the hind legs (just before Milo puts the mask on). As Milo starts to change you can just about see the baddie who is holding his legs, except he is now a different person with brown curly hair, nobody who is seen prior or following this shot. Presumably he is the dog trainer. (01:23:15)
Visible crew/equipment: While Mary, Sam, and Andrew are leaving the TV station some guy in a red vest attacks Sam. Sam knocks him down and Andrew hits him with his cane. As the camera pans back up to show Andrew, you can see the film crew reflected in the window of the doorway.
