Other mistake: In the championship game at the end, Ray Mitchell hits a two run homer to tie the game. As Mitchell is crossing home, he never touches the plate.
Other mistake: Rocco places the bomb in the "Best Actress" envelope, but Drebin discovers the bomb in the "Best Picture" envelope during the announcement for Best Picture.
Other mistake: When the kids are getting off the bus after the baseball game, the bus is actually a reverse image (the door is on the wrong side of the bus and unloading on the wrong side of the street).
Other mistake: In the bar she demands a Manhattan and puts money down. When the bartender hands her the drink she starts to walk off with it, and he says $2 please, ignoring the money she already put down. Someone else ends up paying for the drink a second time. (00:17:06 - 00:17:38)
Other mistake: Taft secures one end of a cable to a crane then lassos the other end to Jennings' feet. Then Jennings is hanging straight down over the oil. This shouldn't be possible because the cable would still be wrapped around the side of the railing that Taft was standing beside and the same railing that Jennings was pushed under.
Other mistake: At the end in the ceremony staff sergeant Marie has sergeant first class stripes on her uniform.
Suggested correction: Staff Sergeant Marie's uniform insignia has three chevrons and one rocker which is correct. A sergeant first class' insignia would have three chevrons and two rockers.
Other mistake: When Steve's playing the national anthem on the roof, it cuts to the kitchen while Gabby's making food. Steve can still be heard playing the anthem but is also present in the kitchen background.
Other mistake: At the end of the movie, after Axel Foley changes the Wonderworld dollars to say "Kiss My Ass", the corrupt government agent that discovers them gets shot 3 times, but there's only 2 gunshots.
Suggested correction: He only gets shot twice. Both shots are on his left lapel. You may be confusing his pocket square with a bullet wound.
Other mistake: The big lady and Veeko himself barely fit in the space between the building and the van, which are aligned. Yet Veeko has to just turn on the left to get a good visual of the lady who is now at the other side of the van itself. (00:32:45)
Other mistake: In the courtroom scene, the North Pole expert is an Air Force lieutenant colonel, Lt Col Coulson. In the credits, he is listed as Cmdr Coulson, a Navy rank.
Other mistake: When Barney gets hit on the head by the machinery, after hearing Bamm-Bamm speak for the first time, he falls backwards, with his head falling towards Pebbles' side of the cart. So how come he ends up on his side with his head on Bamm-Bamm's side of the cart?
Other mistake: Part 3 - The Betrayal: Fran tells Stu that she's pregnant on July 19th, and the way she tells him implies Stu is the father, and she's due in January. It's impossible. They didn't even meet until early July. Counting backwards from January, nine months lands in April. Way before the super flu even escaped. Way before the movie is set. (00:05:45 - 00:06:08)
Suggested correction: The father is her ex-boyfriend, who we never meet. This is made clear in the book, which I know doesn't necessarily count as a correction here, but we do see at the end the baby is given Fran's last name. Surely, if she thought Stu was the father, the baby would have taken his last name.
Suggested correction: No, he doesn't. He grabbed a stack of envelopes and put it in the bottom envelope. The top envelope was "Best Actress", but there were several underneath it and he ends up putting it in the "Best Picture" envelope.
