Continuity mistake: In the pool scene where Mrs. Doubtfire picks up and throws a lime at the back of Stu's head, when Stu walks away and the camera goes back to Mrs. Doubtfire at the bar, the lime that she threw is still on the top of the stack of fruit.

Plot hole: After Max and Allison rescue Dani from the witches, Max is driving his parents' car. Winifred flies up along side of them and asks Max to show her his driver's permit. How would she know about driving permits, since she's been dead for 300 years?
Suggested correction: There is a lot the movie doesn't show us about who they've passed and what they heard all evening. One example being we don't know everything the bus driver said to them. It's perfectly reasonable they heard somebody make reference to a driver's permit and the movie did not show us this conversation deeming it invalid to the plot.
Not referring to a learner's permit. She would have known what it means. She's emulating a cop pulling him over. She would have to know what that means...and know the difference between a license and a learners permit. Enough to find it funny and relevant to the situation.

Visible crew/equipment: In the fight scene on the stairs near the end of the movie, the camera shot looks up and there is a security camera mounted up in the corner. (01:33:34)

Factual error: When the shop vac shoots the golf ball at Mr. Wilson's gonads, it only affects him for around ten minutes. The shop vac was able to shoot a glob of paint over 50 feet in the air so the speed and impact of the golf ball would have done much more than put Mr. Wilson in extreme pain for a short while. The impact would have likely caused internal bleeding, swelling, causing him to vomit, probably a rupture, requiring him to be hospitalized. There is no way he is walking away from that, he wouldn't even be walking at all.

Continuity mistake: The first time we see Maid Marian in the bath, it's full of bubbles. When she stands up, they've all vanished in a matter of seconds.

Continuity mistake: When the bobsled team is getting their act together in Calgary, there's a scene of them pushing off with an unpainted bobsled. In the shots of the feet of the guys pushing at the back of the sled, you can see that the lower back of the sled is painted black with green stripes, the colours that they paint the sled in a scene a few minutes later.

Continuity mistake: When Simon Phoenix gets out of the sewer system (after gunning it out with the rebels and John Spartan) his left eye has the brown contact and his right eye has the blue one after going the entire movie with those contacts in the opposite eyes. (01:30:25)

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where the whole family is first driving into Beverly Hills, in the scene where they give the finger to say hello, the camera crew can be seen in the reflection of some of the cars.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when the president lands in the helicopter, the shots go back and forth between the rotors spinning, and the rotors stopped. (00:02:10)

Revealing mistake: When the boys' rival team challenges them, all the boys throw their gloves down, except Yeah-Yeah. When they all go to pick them back up, Yeah-Yeah has to pretend to pick it up.

Continuity mistake: In a scene where Marisa Tomei visits Christian Slater at his home, she unties her scarf. A minute later, it is shown tied. Then she unties it for a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Wednesday and Pugsley are playing with the guillotine, Wednesday has a scroll in her hands, which she then rolls up. The shot changes and you can still see the rolled up scroll in her hands. However, the shot then changes again and you can now see Wednesday rolling up the already rolled up scroll.

Continuity mistake: After failing to catch Sassy, who went down the waterfall, Shadow and Chance are walking by the river bank. In one shot, Shadow's fur is wet, then dry, then wet again.

Visible crew/equipment: When Charles Dance shoots his boss in the swimming pool, he starts talking to the camera about moving into the real world like Danny. Look at the glass mirror and windows behind him - you can see the film crew and cameras following him.

Audio problem: When Miss Orchid is making dinner for Wong Kei-Ying, she turns to him and tells him about a special chili that is made. When she turns back to her cooking, she tells him how hot it is but her mouth doesn't move.

Revealing mistake: At the end of the decisive game, the bad guy hits a deep foul ball. During that hit, they show the ball against a black background. If you look very closely at the bottom of the screen, you can see a hand throwing the ball.

Continuity mistake: The Pool of Death, as planned by Alex and Katie, has the water in the pool stained with red dye. When Sean slips back into the pool after having just emerged from it, however, the splash seen at that instant is clean water, not red-dyed water.

Continuity mistake: Dabney Coleman's tinted glasses are cracked, then the glass is missing altogether, and then they are cracked again.

Deliberate mistake: When Phil wakes up at 6 AM, it's already bright outside. At 6 AM in February, it would still be pitch-dark.
