Character mistake: Characters refer to the Dallas and the Red October as "ships," but anyone stationed aboard a submarine would know to call it a "boat."
Character mistake: When airport control makes the call to "change the boards" to delayed, Auckland (New Zealand) is spelled Aukland.
Character mistake: When the Grand High Witch and her assistant enter her room while Luke gets the formula, they're wearing pointy shoes. Earlier, it was mentioned that witches never wear pointy shoes.

Character mistake: In the scene where Quigley engages Marsten's men who are attacking the Aborigines, we see a man hit by a bullet and fall from his horse, then we hear the report of Quigley's rifle. When the man who gets away reports to Marsten, he estimates the range at three-quarters of a mile maybe. Marsten asks him how long after the bullet struck before he heard the report of the rifle. He answers two maybe three seconds. While this scenario would be plausible for a more modern high-powered cartridge like the .30-06, it is not accurate for the .45 2-7/8 Sharps Quigley is using. That cartridge loaded with 110 grains of black powder will propel a 540-grain bullet (best case) at around 1475 feet per second. Since the bullet is supersonic when it leaves the muzzle it will indeed precede the sound of the weapon's discharge for short distance. But not by very much and not for very long. The bullet goes transonic in about 400 yards and the the sound waves catch up to the bullet a little beyond 600 yards. After that, the rifle's report, travelling at a constant speed, gets progressively further AHEAD of the bullet which is gradually slowing. At three-quarters of a mile (1320 yards) the bullet's time of flight is about four seconds, while sound waves travel that same distance in three-and-a-half seconds. The man should have been struck at nearly the same time as, or up to half-second AFTER the report, depending on the actual range.
Character mistake: Amanda's lawyer says several times she'll go to the gas chamber if found guilty - once to her, once to the prosecutor and once to the jury. Oklahoma doesn't use, and never has used, the gas chamber for executions. (00:15:00 - 01:16:00)
Character mistake: When Vivian is in the tub singing "KISS" by Prince, she sings the verses in the wrong order. Not a big mistake, but a noticeable one for a Prince fan.
Character mistake: When Paul is looking through Annie's album, there is an article on her as a nurse. The headline has her name as Annie M. Wilkes. But, in the accompanying photo her name is listed as Annie C. Wilkes.
Character mistake: In jail when they're all sitting down to eat, Paulie says "c'mon boys let's eat, Freddie, Vinnie let's go" The problem is the other guy's name is Johnny Dio, not Freddie.

Character mistake: A newspaper is shown saying "Girls Body Found" as plural when it should be "Girl's Body Found" as a possessive.
Character mistake: At the ravine, upon learning that the bridge doesn't exist yet, Marty states to Doc "We can't wait a year and a half for this to be built". If you carefully look at the sign, it says the bridge is opening Summer 1886. That's under a year away, not a year and a half from Sept. 1885.
Character mistake: Given Billy still remembered and recognized him it seems strange Kate doesn't when she mistakes Daffy for Gizmo.
Suggested correction: Billy spent significantly more time bonding with Gizmo in the first movie - days and days. By contrast Kate had very little actual time with him.

Character mistake: When Chafuka is controlling the zombie Barry with her voodoo doll, he's supposed to be repeating her words so precisely that he even imitates her accent. Character mistake: Big Ben is loaded feet first into the ambulance, he should've been loaded head first.
Character mistake: When Raphael is chasing Casey Jones after their fight he vaults over a taxi hood, never takes his eyes off Casey, but he somehow loses him.
Suggested correction: 2 things are happening; a shell backed stocky Raphael is chasing a lighter human athlete Casey. Casey has freedom of movement, whereas Raphael can't stray much from the shadows in hiding. :-) A knocked out Casey wouldn't be helping the Turtles out of the next evening with that memorable entry so I'm glad Raph lost the chase.
Character mistake: In the opening scene when the bandit is going for his trigger finger, Billy is seen with his eyes slightly open in the background. His eyes are then shown to open suddenly with dramatic effect. (00:05:50)
