Revealing mistake: When Inigo and Westley are duelling, they are making athletic jumps. One does it after the other and when they land you can see the mat wrinkle under the "dirt" on the ground.
Revealing mistake: After Nuclear Man destroys the cab's hood, the shot changes and there's a thick string running behind him all along the car, and the cab driver is stretching out to pull it. Probably he was activating some sort of bad FX.

Revealing mistake: Just before Walter throws Lisa through the window, you can tell that Lisa is a stuntman wearing a wig.
Revealing mistake: When Kirsty encounters the 'skinless' Frank, he says to her 'It's Uncle Frank' and you can see his left hand is normal and flesh covered, even though Frank is supposed to still be missing all the skin from his body. (00:58:10)
Revealing mistake: When the chipmunks and chippettes and getting ready for the balloon race, Jeanette walks up to Simon and asks him what route to take to Bermuda. Pay attention to Theadore; he's supposed to be in front of Simon handing the chest of dolls to Alvin who is in the hot air balloon. After handing him the chest, he dusts his hands and moves his head a little while doing it. If you look at his head, it seems to cross behind Simon's even though Theadore is supposed to be in front of him. Simon's face may have needed to be seen, but still a mistake.
Revealing mistake: When Marisa has her back to her window and you see Mason tossing out his paintings you can see wires attached to the paintings.
Revealing mistake: When the elder Indian (Native American) with the black hat steps out of the yellow car at the beginning, and says hi to the shop owner, then Hi to the wooden Indian chief. You can see the Indian chief move slightly, indicating it is not a wooden statue, but a real person under the getup. (00:04:52)
Suggested correction: The scene where he moves is intentional. In fact, Old Chief Wood'nhead is played by Dan Kamin, and he moves a lot more later on.
Suggested correction: He does give a shocked look when he see's the statue move its head a bit.
