Continuity mistake: After Sierge has killed the Tsjude behind Aigin, the Tsjude falls on top of Aigin. As Aigin shakes the Tsjude off, you can see the Tsjude's arm down by his waist. As it cuts, his arm is suddenly pointing away from his body. (00:47:35)
Continuity mistake: In the first Slumber Party Massacre, Trish has the last name Devereaux. In this movie, Courtney refers to her as Trish Craven.
Continuity mistake: When the chimp, Goofy, is flying using the simulator, he's flying haphazardly and crashes into a red truck. He then turns and smiles at the trainer. In the next shot, he is flying haphazardly again.
Continuity mistake: When William Bill Towner says, "It looks like an alternate dimension or something," he is kneeling down with his hands on his knees. In the sequential shot he is standing.
Continuity mistake: Kevin Costner jumps a subway turnstile as the two CIA agents chase him. The back of his pants are dirty but in the next shot as he runs down the escalator they're clean again.
Continuity mistake: When Donald Woods meets his wife again at the Lesotho airport, his hair has lost most of the black from being dyed, but once he's on the plane, his hair has become blacker again.
Continuity mistake: When he puts the pins in her eyes, evey time it is shown it's different - sometimes they are all covered in blood, sometimes only some of them or one, and sometimes there's no blood at all.
Continuity mistake: The BET is shielded by a metal dome that folded up. Nemesis Enforcer walks up and peels two portions back to reveal it inside the dome. Two shots later from the side, the dome is suddenly completely gone on that side, despite Nemesis Enforcer only peeling back a little of it. (01:08:30)
Continuity mistake: After Todd Howard knocks out his opponent in the boxing match, the crowd immediately starts throwing cups of popcorn into the ring. The camera cuts to Todd cheering and then an overview shot of his opponent laying face down on the canvas. At that view you can see that there is no rubbish or popcorn or anything else in the ring. Then when the camera cuts back to a side view there is loads of rubbish and popcorn all over the place once again.
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film, the soldiers are filling sand bags with mud. Beletsky, whose hands and forearms are covered in wet mud, puts down his sandbag and takes out a photo of his girlfriend. In the next closeup shot of him holding the photo, his hands are suddenly clean and dry. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: When the angel lands face down in the pool, Michael Knight turns her over and her face is completely dry.
Continuity mistake: While Ricky is on his shooting spree, he manages to shoot at an oncoming car, causing it to to crash and roll over. As the car rights itself, the driver and the car seats are visible. The right rear passenger window is also fully intact. Just before the car explodes, the driver has disappeared, along with the car seats and the same rear side window is now completely missing.
Continuity mistake: As Ralph is reasoning with Judy's parents about the elves and the missing blond punkie, the blood consistency on his right hand changes between shots. (00:42:00)
Continuity mistake: Donna holds the newspaper with the news about the murder of her father, then hands it to Taryn. Shot changes and the paper is back in her hands.
Continuity mistake: During the dinner quickly interrupted by the record. Anthony Marston raises his glass to Vera, but his hand was nowhere near the glass in the previous shot - not even on the table. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: Rick Latimer is at the bar with his buddies. He spots his ex-wife on a date with the divorce attorney and begins rambling. "This kind of sh. Happens", one of his friends says. The friend next to him, rightmost position, is smoking, and his hand is suddenly raised at the cut. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: After the grocery store visit, Joan Jett walks to her room at the hotel and goes to her room on the second floor, a short time later she opens her room door which is now on the first floor. (01:35:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jamie gets out of her car, her leg warmers reach down to her heels. In the next shot, they've been pulled up to just her ankles. (00:07:05)
Continuity mistake: When George's wife asks him what made him drive all the way out here, their car is on the back of a large dinosaur at that moment. When it cuts to a closer angle for his reply, suddenly they are on a dirt road.
