Revealing mistake: When Jim hits the brakes in his stolen patrol car, the two pursuing police cars turn and flip over and over. As they roll, the 'roll cannon' is visible on the underside of one of the cars (a round steel tube in a hole in the floor) and at left, the two cannon slugs from both cars bounce down the road. This device fires the slug downward, and the force behind it lifts the car when the slug hits the road, launching the car over.
Revealing mistake: In this film, you can see where the present-day lines on the basketball court have been sanded off and "50's" style lines added.
Revealing mistake: When the ice-cream van is being shot at the end of the film, for a single shot you can see the driver sitting in it.

If you look behind the hijacker at the main cabin door, you can see light coming through it on the upper right each time they show him from the front. It's a sealed plane door, there wouldn't be any light coming through.
Revealing mistake: The initial fight with Fasil is supposed to take place in the parking garage underneath Madison Square Garden. But in the shot where wrestler Terry Gordy is smashing his head against the turnbuckle, a banner for the New Jersey Nets is visible in the upper left corner of the screen. The arena scenes were actually shot at the Meadowlands Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey, where the Nets play.
Revealing mistake: When Lazarus and Klepper's vehicle goes through the wooden crates and flips over, you can see the wooden ramp used to launch the car.
Revealing mistake: During the fight scene in the village between Elias and Barnes, as they roll around on the ground, Barnes "hits" Elias with a right hook and Elias's head is thrown to the side as if he just caught a serious blow. The problem is Barnes's fist quite obviously clears the front of Elias's face by at least 5-6 inches.
Revealing mistake: When Duckie is showing off on his bike, you can see its not Duckie but his stunt double.
Revealing mistake: During "Our Beginning," True Heart Bear takes a walk beneath the ship's deck to check on the sleeping cubs. But when Proud Heart Cat wakes up for a moment, his tummy symbol is visible - which he's not supposed to receive until arriving at the Kingdom of Caring several minutes later. (00:02:20)
Revealing mistake: Later into the film Roger realises that his aunt's paintings hold some significance to the whereabouts of his missing son. He removes a cloth from the top left of a painting revealing an image of his son trapped in his bathroom cabinet. Note the cabinet door is the wrong way round to the one in his bathroom.
Revealing mistake: If you pay close attention to the close up shots of Doug's F-16 dropping bombs or launching mavericks, you will notice that the fighter is a poorly detailed scale model of the real thing. In the scene where Doug drops the Hades, you will notice that he is actually a barely painted figurine and that he suddenly has no headrest/ejection chair.
Revealing mistake: Many times during the movie, when there is a close-up of the puckmarin, tiny wires can usually be seen attached to its arms.
Revealing mistake: When Egg Shen helps the others escape by using a crossbow-and-winch device, he fires the bolt into a stone. When the bolt digs in, the stone shudders slightly (since its made of wood or plastic, and no fixed part of the floor).
Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, when the main female character is done taking a shower, she tries to get out of the glass stall. Suddenly, the ghost turns on the shower to scalding hot temperatures. She is unable to get the door to open, so she punches through the glass and climbs out. As this is happening, if you look behind her, you can see that no water is coming out of the shower head, though you can still here the hissing of the water.
Revealing mistake: When Oliver, soon joined by Oswald, is supposedly in the cage of the tiger that then wounds them each in the leg (offscreen), it is absurdly obvious that the tiger is in fact in an adjoining cage. (01:24:55 - 01:25:45)
Revealing mistake: When Paul Newman is playing in the tournament near the end after Tom Cruise humiliates him by dumping the game, Newman lines up to shoot the 2 ball. The point of view shot shows his detailed reflection on the ball's surface. If you look closely at the bottom right side of the ball, you can see that the "reflection" of his shirt exceeds the outside boundary of the ball.
Revealing mistake: When Daniel and Kumiko first see the storm coming near the end of the film, the wind outside is blowing the trees sideways. They open the door to run out and the camera shows what is outside. The trees there are not moving.
Revealing mistake: When Chekhov falls on the aircraft carrier a cloud of dust flies up as if he's landed on a mat or soft cargo. When we see him on the floor it's concrete.
