Visible crew/equipment: When Megan comes to pick up Jarvis and she is putting down the window, in it you can see the director's light. You can also see this when Megan is pulling the window up.

Visible crew/equipment: In the Reactor Room scene, where the Marines first encounter the aliens, there's a part where Dietrich is grabbed from behind and accidentally ignites Frost with her flamethrower, causing him to fall down the stairwell. As he's falling, if you look, you can see part of a leg and a cable belonging to one of the technicians on the set. (01:14:05)
Visible crew/equipment: When Isabelle runs from the zombies at the end, cameramen shadows are frequently cast on the zombies.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the climax, Will Graham is sneaking through the woods, approaching Dollarhyde's house. In one shot, Graham steps more carefully and glances down; the camera is in front of him moving as he's moving. And for a couple of seconds, the camera dolly tracks are visible behind him, just to his left.

Visible crew/equipment: The fake spider that suddenly swings down in front of Allison in the hallway, and the one "thrown" at her as she walks through the mall at the end, are obviously prop pranks, as you can hear a fake laughing in the background during the latter. Very badly covered up by barking dogs and something whining.
