Trivia: Charlie Sheen stayed awake for 2 days to play the guy in the police station, so he could get the right look for the scene.
Trivia: Kim Cattrall was surprised when she got to the set for the prison scene one morning, as no one told her she would be hogtied for the entire scene (in the story, it was due to a deleted scene when she made trouble for her guards). She endured it like a professional, occasionally having her gag removed so she could drink water. When asked by John Carpenter whether or not she was uncomfortable, she simply replied 'I've been in tighter situations than this!'

Trivia: To make the effects of Audrey II look convincing, the animatronic was usually shot at a lower frame-rate, such as 12 frames per second, and then played back at the standard 24fps. This sped-up the shots and made the animatronic's motions look more fluid and lifelike. In order to compensate, whenever a human actor would be in-shot with Audrey II, they would have to act in "slow motion" in order for their movement to look right at 24fps. (You can kinda tell in a few shots if you look closely).

Trivia: The precis for Croc Dundee is a New Yorker travels to Australia, finds an Australian man, takes him back to New York, falls in love with him, drops her current beau and marries him. This mirrors reality. Linda Kozlowski married Paul Hogan after meeting on this film. He left his wife for her. In the sequel the characters return to Australia for protection, loved it and stayed. Likewise the real life stars moved back to Australia and lived in Byron Bay for 17 years or so.
Trivia: After the six wires are cut to defuse the weapon, you can see the amount of time left on the clock is 07:16:45, which is the date of the first successful test of the Atomic Bomb.
Trivia: Bill Moseley got the role of Chop-Top because he made a parody short film of the original "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". Moseley's film was called "The Texas Chainsaw Manicure". Series co-creator Tobe Hooper saw the short and loved it so much that he cast Moseley in a major part when "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2" went into production.
