Audio problem: When they are fighting on the smaller skiffs above the Great Pit of Carkoon, Luke beckons to Leia to get her to swing on that rope with him to safety. He says "come on", but his mouth never moves.
Audio problem: When Jennifer gives David a ride home near the beginning of the movie, you hear David's dog barking. In the next shot, we see the dog is running down the front path and it barks a couple more times. Look closely at its mouth, it's not barking.
Audio problem: Just after the baby, Megan, eats the can of chili, she hiccups once or twice. You can hear the hiccup, but her stomach and mouth don't even move with the hiccup.
Audio problem: The people go looking for the guy's leg and see the tiger. When the guy says "Look", the sound comes out later than his mouth moves.
Audio problem: When Bond and Domino are dancing the tango, we hear Domino ask, "What is it you're after?", but her lips don't move. (01:17:40)
Audio problem: When Meggie and Stu see the fire he cries "Oh my God". His mouth, however, is open when he begins to speak, then closes it, and it remains closed throughout the rest of the line.

Audio problem: When Ralphie's father opens the crate containing the leg lamp, he says, "Well, it could be anything." Then his mother says, "Maybe they forgot" without moving her lips. Obviously dubbed in later.
Audio problem: When Tony is about to kill Frank, Frank says "Look Tony, please don't kill me." You can see that he is not saying anything. His audio is obviously added in by Post Production.
Audio problem: When Anschel and Avigdor are arguing, Avigdor says, "Aww, what's the matter with you?" But his lips are saying something different.
Audio problem: Just after Bond disarms the bomb at the circus, Octopussy asks Magda, "Where was Kahn heading?" Magda replies, "Back to India," but her mouth movements are "India, of course."
Audio problem: Near the end of the film when the shark is in the control room he eats a man underwater. The man is heard to scream and cry out, and you can hear him taking breaths in between screams despite being underwater with no breathing equipment.
Audio problem: In the scene where Skip delivered groceries to Suzy's house, he and Beth are standing face to face flirting by the pool. At one point while they are talking, you plainly hear a door opening, as well as a few footsteps. No one else was supposedly home at that time.
Audio problem: When Norman is talking to his "Mother" on the phone, the camera (in Mary's point-of-view) comes in the room and Norman says, "How could you think such a thing. I would never do such a thing," but you can see Norman's reflection in the big mirror hanging in the lounge room and you can see his mouth isn't moving. (01:33:00)
Audio problem: In the morning, Tad is watching TV and eating his breakfast. He is watching an episode of Scooby-Doo, however it is clear that the audio does not match up with the episode, and is blatantly out of sync with what is shown on the screen. (00:08:15)
Audio problem: When Horowitz is being taken to Solitary, his lips do not match what he's yelling.
Audio problem: Inside the subway, Rikki's voice is heard but his mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: At the stock exchange, after Randolph keels over, one guys that they should call an ambulance, whereas Mortimer replies, "Fuck him!" When Mortimer says that, his lips don't match. Not entirely in synch.
