Trouble is, there are a heck of a lot more dead bodies lying around outside the house than there were when the battle was raging, including those of Union soldiers. As the scenes of the battle demonstrated, the Union never actually got as far as the house; all their casualties were incurred on the slopes approaching the house, and then they retreated. Continuity mistake: Whenever Banner changes into Hulk his clothes rips, only his pants stays on. But when Hulk changes back to Banner, he suddenly has all his clothes on, no rips or tears at all.
Continuity mistake: When the man and his wife are checking out, we see the printer spitting out his bill which reads $1665.90 - yet when the man reads the amount, he says it's $1380.90. Director Mark Tinker comments on the discrepancy in the commentary.

Continuity mistake: Mallory starts reading one of her advice column letters to Alex. The letter she pulls from the stack is on blue paper in a blue envelope. After a cuts to Alex, there's a close-up of Mallory as she reads the letter, and then in the next wide shot the letter is on orange paper with an orange envelope. The letter is from a girl who intrigues Alex, so he grabs the orange envelope and starts to tear off the return address. The shot changes to show Elyse walk into the room, and Alex is now tearing the corner from the original blue envelope. When Elyse sits down, Alex reads the address holding a slip of the blue envelope, then starts to get up. In the immediate cut that follows, Alex is holding the orange envelope when he stands up. Continuity mistake: At the start, the glass on the left is poisoned. The guy picks up the glass on the right, but still ends up dying.

Continuity mistake: When the teacher is asking the class questions about the declaration of independence, she has some info about it written on the blackboard ending with "1776 in." Then facing away from the blackboard, she asks a question and Mr. T quickly answers and then only a second later, the camera is back on the teacher and suddenly the world "PHILADELPHIA" is on the blackboard under the "1776 in" with no time for her to have written that word in one second.

Continuity mistake: At breakfast Dick is telling Kirk about the U.F.O that George saw. He puts a bottle of syrup down. The shot changes and he is suddenly holding a fork.
