Other mistake: When the stormtroopers break into the control room, the stormtrooper on the right of the screen hits his head on the door frame. On the DVD release they've added a thump when he hits it. (01:18:55)
Other mistake: One visual that has always bothered me that I could not find in your list were the scenes when the mother ship first appears. It's enormous scale appears to dwarf Devil's Tower and the whole surrounding area actually, but when it moves over to the "landing strip" area and begins to rotate 180° (right-side up?), it suddenly seems to shrink to a much smaller size and mass during the slow revolution. On its originally-seen scale above/behind the tower, one would think that either the great ship's outer prongs would have been torn off, or more likely the impromptu landing site and most of Devil's Tower would have been destroyed as the huge craft rotated itself. The visual scales just do not stay consistent throughout the film's climactic final act.
Other mistake: After the crash landing in the desert, when the astronauts are preparing to head out on foot, Brubaker states that he will continue west, then tells Walker to go north, and Willis to go south. Brubaker heads out straight ahead, Walker goes to the left, and Willis to the right, meaning that Walker was actually going south, and Willis to the north. (01:04:40)
Other mistake: They go to Texarkana, Texas, to pick up the beer, and later in the movie, they are in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Why would they go due north to Fayetteville to get to Atlanta, which is East?
Other mistake: In the end credits, Christopher Walken's name is listed as 'Christopher Wlaken'.
Other mistake: When Mel Brooks is singing the song "High Anxiety" to a bunch of people in the dining room, near the end of the song he sings about two words and his mouth is clearly not moving. (01:00:10)
Other mistake: After talking to his own mirror image when guarding his house from the "Heffalumps and Woozles", Pooh turns around counter-clockwise. This should mean that his mirror image would turn clockwise but it ALSO turns counter-clockwise. (00:35:55)
Other mistake: While Bond is being escorted by some guards, he opens a crate full of gas tanks, and begins fighting the guards off. If you look behind Bond in a brief scene you can see a few yards away another guard who is clearly watching this happening yet doing absolutely nothing.
Other mistake: A jungle girl is found. She has been lost in the wild since she was a little girl. She must get regular visits from the Avon lady because she has on perfect makeup including lipstick.
Other mistake: When some of the team is visiting Lupus, there is a picture given to Lupus of him catching a long fly ball in his glove from the first movie. However, the picture taken was up close and there is no way a picture that close could have been taken as nobody with a camera was anywhere around him on the field when the catch was made. In addition, nobody expected him to catch it, so the close up picture is not possible in reality.
Other mistake: In the earlier part of the movie (at Corregidor Philippines) where Japanese warplanes are bombing the field camp, it can be seen that a warplane approaching its target can be seen with no bomb attached underneath, and yet an explosion takes place on a targeted machine gun position. The action scene is repeated minutes later, this time hitting the escaping and running soldiers.
Other mistake: After Jesus is taken down from the cross, he blinks for a moment.
Other mistake: When Harry passes the house by mistake, and Fran points it out, they overshot by a long way. But he stops and reverses almost straight in front of the house and parks.
Other mistake: When we see the county sheriff's station wagon pull into the cafe parking lot, it has a California license plate instead of an Oregon "state vehicle" plate.
Other mistake: In the opening credits, "Cameraman" is mispelled as "Camerman."
Other mistake: Guido runs over the brigand who just gunned down his woman (and that for some reason is eager to literally jump in front of the car despite being in perfect safety before). The car approaches the lorry driving on sunny asphalt already bearing in front of the car clear marks of the dangerous overtaking. In the next shot the marks are gone and so is the sun. (00:11:00)
Other mistake: Susan gets upstairs as Iris shows her the room. She manages to miss the naked woman lounging in bed - watching the scene, it's an impossibility. It might not be the proverbial elephant, but it's just something so very unusual and conspicuous in the room, in a spot perfectly in line of sight that it makes no sense Susan would miss it and be surprised by that later. (00:08:20)
Other mistake: When Bilbo is looking at Thror's Map, he says "This hand points from these runes," but there are no runes visible where the hand is. Later, Elrond reads the Moon Letters that appear there, and says that they say, "Stand by the grey stone when the Thrush knocks, and the last light of the setting sun will shine upon the keyhole." But the Moon Letters actually translate to "Five feet high the door and three may walk abreast."
Other mistake: When Mrs Slocombe is having her passport picture taken the images taken are not directly in front of them where the actual photo camera is, rather they are taken from the camera filming off to the side.
