Visible crew/equipment: During the initial phase of the final assault, a row of men with their backs to the camera is shown. One of these men (right of the center, with a bandaged head) is actually a dummy positioned at the spot where the wall is blasted a few seconds later. (02:29:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When the slaves roll the flaming ball down the hill, we see it strike several Roman soldiers. Look closely, they are actually stuntmen dressed in asbestos suits.
Visible crew/equipment: When the three Mexican farmers arrive in town you see the traces in the street from a car making a 3-point-turn in the front of the picture. You see the traces in later shots, too. (00:09:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Anita Ekberg's character and Marcello are at the top of the church tower leaning on balcony railing while looking over the city. You can easily see the "wire" attached to Anita's hat that forecasts the moment where her hat blows off her head. (00:33:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Just before the doctor tells Jordana that Ari is at Yad El, he shakes the hands of a couple kids passing by him whilst walking up a small flight of steps. When he does so, the shadow of the camera can be seen on his coat. (01:59:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Randomly, a big moving shadow is cast on the underside of the flight of stairs between Daxter's apartment and the (unseen) second floor when he is unlocking the door of his flat after meeting his landlady that warned him about gas. It does not match Jack Lemmon's motions. (01:37:10)
