Audio problem: As Lulu drops from the moon beam onto some books, the school house says "Or would you rather be a mule?" It pauses for a moment, and then you hear the school house begin singing about a mule as the camera cuts to a close up of the mule drawing in a book. But a split second before the cut, the school house begins his singing, and gets a couple words in before the camera cut. However you can see the school house’s mouth is not moving at this point. Continuity mistake: After Tom is sobered up by water, you can see behind him there is a bottle of seltzer in the refrigerator, but when Jerry comes along with a chicken drumstick in the next shot, the bottle has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy finds the key to Suite 666, the shape of the keyhole is that of a normal key. In the next shot, it is round.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry replaces two keys on the piano with a mousetrap, Tom gets his finger caught and there is a catch lever at the bottom of the trap. But in the next shot when Tom pulls up the mousetrap and his finger expands, the catch lever has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the cat tries cut up the mouse with his knife and fork, the mouse says "Hey, wait a minute, pal!" and he is standing next to the salt and pepper pots, but in the next shot he is standing on the plate.
Continuity mistake: When the man picks up the sandwich that the ants have made, there is a cocktail stick with an olive on it. But when he takes a bite of the sandwich, the cocktail stick has gone.
Continuity mistake: When Minnie Mouse is in the telephone box at the start of the cartoon, the coin slot at the top of the box has two holes on it, but when Minnie speaks to Mickey Mouse later on, there are now three.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry hides from the Tom in the bottle of invisible ink, the two test tubes on the right hand side contain red and yellow liquid, respectively. When Jerry emerges from the bottle, the liquids are now purple and blue.
Continuity mistake: When Pluto is by the radio in the music shop, there is a record player behind him which has three buttons on the side, but in the next shot the buttons have moved a few inches to the right.
Other mistake: After the fade out, the "The End" board shows it as an "MGM Tom and Jerry Cartoon." The two stars were not in this short at all.
Continuity mistake: When Thomas uses a fishing rod to hoist himself up to Tweety's cage, you can see that Tweety is resting himself with his arm on the swing. But when we see Tweety in the next shot, his arm is on his chest.
Audio problem: When Bugs says to the kid, "Cut it out, kid! Somebody will get hurt!", his mouth doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry first becomes buff after drinking some of the milk and starts approaching Tom to beat him up, Tom sees a book and grabs it then hits Jerry. Before Tom grabs the book, it's yellow. When he grabs it, it's green.
Continuity mistake: When the dogs run away from the Mexican hairless dog after thinking she's a skunk, the Mexican dog's ears are pointing up but in the next shot they are pointing down.
Continuity mistake: When Tom is tip-toeing past the gate at the start of the cartoon, Spike is sleeping and you can see there is nothing around his neck, but in the next shot a dog collar has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Humphrey Bogart comes into the kitchen after being hit in the face by a coconut custard pie, the number of cream spots on his dinner jacket changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Tom realises he is drinking sea water in the bucket Jerry gave him, he drops the bucket on the towel, but when he spits the water in the girl cat's face, the bucket is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: When Butch points his pistol at Tom, you can see that the handle has nothing written on it, but in the next shot the words "Ajax" have appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny crosses the finish line, you can see there is only grass next to the road. But in the next shot, kerbing appears out of nowhere.
Continuity mistake: Bongo the bear, riding in a car of the circus train, looks out the window. There are four vertical bars on the window - but when seen from outside the train, it has six bars.
