Continuity mistake: Laurel and Hardy climb a pile of hay to get away from an angry bull. They fall into a wagon which begins to careen out of control and race downhill. The close-ups use rear-screen projection that shows a tree-filled forest. In the long shots, however, the wagon is speeding through a cactus-covered desert. (00:45:45)
Continuity mistake: Doctor Leo sits at the desk and begins writing a letter to Alec Ritchfield. "My dear Alec", it starts. Fade to the finished letter, but you can easily tell that it's not the same letter, the handwriting being different - look at the little flourish below the M, not to mention the position of the text in relation with the Fog Island stamp. Continuity mistake: Ken's mother makes his jockey shirt using dark blue and gold as their racing colors. When Ken rides Thunderhead in his first race, Ken's jockey shirt is now light green and beige and the design is different. Ken's family owns Thunderhead, and race horse owners must have specific registered racing colors and patterns. Ken would not suddenly be wearing a differently-colored shirt.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy Duck is eating his breakfast at the table, the cup next to him has nothing in it but in the next shot a piece of buttered toast suddenly appears.
