Continuity mistake: In the scene where Gerald Tetley confronts Major Tetley (his father)and talks about how his father gave the order for three innocent men to be hanged. His father listens till Gerald finishes then walks to a door feeling guilty, opens it and goes inside the room. The shot is focused on the door. A shot rings out and the Major has killed himself. Meanwhile we still see the door, then it opens and within a second the shot goes back to Gerald. (01:10:10)
Continuity mistake: When Jerry slams the door on the dollhouse after Tom attempted to catch him after his dress slips off, the blind in the top window is pulled right up but in the next shot it's now pulled down halfway.
Continuity mistake: When John Mills is looking through the periscope whilst searching for the German battleship the side view shows him moving the periscope from right to left, but when it suddenly cuts to a shot of what he is actually seeing through it the periscope is strangely moving from left to right.
Continuity mistake: During the opening of "This Is the Army" [the stage musical], there is a large choir of men singing the opening number, "Some Dough For The Army Relief": from about the second row back, the men's mouths are moving appropriately for the lyrics they're singing, but much of the front row is singing with these obnoxious cheesy grins, not even bothering with more than the most feeble attempt at proper mouth movement. [This is painfully evident during the line "let him do what we had to do."]. (00:48:50)
Visible crew/equipment: In the pull-back shot from "Young" Charlie while she's in the library, the shadow of the camera is visible on her back.
Revealing mistake: In this scene we see Cheetah jumping down from a tree to the ground. In the next shot we see Cheetah and a circle of light moves, which indicates they were using a mirror or even a light for extra lighting to brighten up the shot. This happens very briefly and is very noticeable.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end when the Phantom's lair is collapsing, you can see bricks falling into the sewer water and floating. Obviously they were made out of light-weight material and not out of actual stone.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the tank crew meet up with the weary band of soldiers, Fred Clarkson (Lloyd Bridges) has a very distinctive graze on the right side of his forehead. It seems to disappear then appear then disappear during the film. When Clarkson lies injured there is no sign of the graze - there should at least be a small mark of the graze but there is nothing.
Visible crew/equipment: When the boxing fight between Heinz Rühmann and Paul Dahlke climaxes on the trampoline you see the cables they're attached to.
Other mistake: When Benjamin Dingle first steps into Connie Milligan's apartment, a closed bedroom door in the background inexplicably swings wide open on its own, right in the middle of the shot.
Revealing mistake: When the officials arrive at the Talbot family tomb to investigate the recent events, they find the crypt door unlocked. As they start to enter, the door opens on its own. When the camera cuts to an angle from inside the crypt, a thick cord can be seen pulling the door open.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Tarzan rescues Connie from a lynching, Connie jumps onto the horse ridden by Tarzan with her hands firmly tied behind her back. They then ride into the desert followed by their captors. A close up shot shows Connie is untied and is holding onto Tarzan. In the next few shots Connie's hands are once again tied behind her back.
Continuity mistake: The bandage Jane places on Tom's forehead changes its size and angle between takes. (01:10:45)

Continuity mistake: When Domino and Little Joe are fighting in the nightclub, Domino's gun goes off accidentally hitting Petunia. As she falls on the staircase, she drapes her right arm on the edge of the staircase twice.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry launches his egg carton, there are initially three light bulbs in the back, but when he releases the bulbs, there are now four.
Other mistake: Holmes appears disguised as a Sikh, complete with turban and beard. Although his face is black, his hands are without any make up and are white as snow.
Continuity mistake: When the convict runs out of the apartment, he runs into a yellow taxi and you can see the taxi has two windows on the back of it. But when the taxi arrives at the airport, there is now only one window on the back, and in the shot after that, there are now two again.

Continuity mistake: When Bugs is viewing footage of the previous encounter between Cecil Turtle and himself at the start of the cartoon, you can see that viewed from behind, the projector only has one reel. When we see Bugs eating his carrot in the next shot, there are now two reels.
