Plot hole: When Takashi is rescued by the other soldiers, he finds a piece of red fabric on him. He then has a flashback to the scene where that same piece of red fabric fell from Hong-pa's body whilst she was hanging beneath the tunnel and realises they are both the same piece. However, when this scene played out earlier, Takashi did not see this happen. He was on top of the bridge and was being held at gunpoint by Eugene, so he couldn't have seen the piece of fabric fall from her body. (00:46:10)
Plot hole: The way slipstream works is wildly inconsistent across the show. Sometimes, they have to travel a significant distance to find the nearest slip point, and other times, when it's required by the plot, there's a slip point conveniently right next to the ship.
Suggested correction: How is this a mistake? Unless the points are evenly distributed and all close to each other, they are going to be different distances away.
Something Hurt, Something Wild - S8-E1
Plot hole: Laurie Ferguson is outside the Ponderosa ranch with Joe Cartwright. In an attempt to frame him for sexually assaulting her, she begins screaming. She emits six loud piercing screams before the scene shifts to Ben, Hoss and her father and brother inside the home. It is not until her seventh scream that the four men look up and start to run outside.
Plot hole: S52 E3 - Sharon murdered Heather and took her cell phone. Sharon sent text messages from the phone to Daniel. Daniel received a text message from the phone and showed it to Chance, the police officer. Chance asked Daniel if Heather's phone is password-protected. Daniel replied yes. If the phone was password-protected, how is Sharon able to use it to text Daniel? (00:49:47)
Hone made aishite? Akane koi o fukuzatsu kossetsu - S1-E5
Plot hole: Dr. Tofu is able to tell that Ranma was hit by a softball (he says something about the marks like he actually sees them), but Ranma's wound is still covered by the bandage, that he'll remove in the next episode. This is linked to a larger mistake in the following episode. (00:19:55)
