Continuity mistake: Rocko's Happy Sack: Rocko scans all of his groceries in the checkout lane. Then, when Filbert tells Rocko that his total is $150, the groceries have disappeared from the counter. They reappear when Rocko finishes shouting at Filbert, then disappear again in the next shot. (00:11:09)
Continuity mistake: When Beavis is getting the idea to use the plate as a discus, the amount of cookies on the plate varies depending on the shot.
Lightning Phantom: Sparker Dale/Inaduma kaijin pikaderu - S1-E15
Continuity mistake: When Polymar is hanging onto the iron fence, his left arm is wearing a white sleeve. However, in the next shot, it changes to red. (00:15:44)
The Return of Hydro-Man: Part 1 - S5-E7
Continuity mistake: When Spider-Man is in the lab analyzing Mary Jane's jacket for clues, the inside of the door to to the lab has the door knob on the right side. When Debra Whitman is trying to get in the lab, the door knob on the outside of the door is on the right side as well, when it should be on the left side. The inside knob also disappears when the security guards break the door down.
Midori no chikyû wa makasetoke - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Yurika restarts the Nadesico, one of the screens pop up with a huge congratulatory "SAFATY ROCK OFF." (00:18:05)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene he appears in, R7-A7 has his normal white, green and red plating. In the second scene, he's changed colour to orange and black. (00:20:17)
Tag Team Trial: Part 1 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Dox summons Kaiser Seahorse, the sea horse's spear is held in its hand, completely level. Next shot from a far distance, the sea horse's spear is now held slanted and positioned upwards. (00:07:55)
Continuity mistake: When Katara is trying to heal the wounded earthbender, she gives Sokka the idea to take down The Drill from the inside. Sokka then stops her from saying anything while she is sitting down, and she is wearing her necklace. When she stands up in that same shot, the necklace is gone, like they forgot to animate it. (00:07:35)
Safety First/Crime Sheen Investigation - S1-E12
Other mistake: During Crime Scene Investigation, Jimmy explains his costume to Carl and, while saying "Sherlock Holmes", his chin goes into his jacket. (00:14:38)
Continuity mistake: When Tony is setting the timer, the appearance of the control panel completely changes when Julia is asking him if the person who reprogrammed his other satellites takes control of the one he is setting up. (00:10:37)
Got Game?/Comet Kermilian - S1-E30
Continuity mistake: Candace is wearing a white crop-top and dark blue jeans in this episode, but when she goes to get ice-cream and because of Suzy falls into the cart, the cart begins moving and crashes into the tree. When Candace raises her head and upper torso out of the cart for a brief moment, she is wearing her usual red dress. But in the next shot, however, she is wearing her white crop-top and dark jeans again.
Continuity mistake: When BB-8 hears the creature come up from the sand behind him, he stops. Just before he turns around the orange rectangles on the left side of his face to being almost all uniform in shape and size, to now having two big ones on the ends and two small ones in the middle. Other mistake: When Ranma is battling Genma at the very beginning, she slides into the main road. Behind her is a vending machine for drinks, only, it's marked "DOLINK" (bad transliteration). (00:03:00)
Burple Nurples/Shnitzel Makes a Deposit - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: In "Burple Nurples", Chowder is showing Gorgonzola the Burple Nurples, and there are houses and shops not too far behind Gorgonzola. Later, the camera zooms out, and the buildings are missing.
Yomigaere! Eiyuu Densetsu - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At night, Seiya is startled by Marin's voice and looks at her. There's a table with wine and fruit to his right. A few seconds later, in another shot of the room, the table moved to the left. (00:12:40)
Innervisions - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Silver Surfer is heading towards the temple to turn off the Dreamweaver, Beta Ray Bill throws his hammer at his back, which knocks Silver Surfer off his board and into the ground. When Silver Surfer rises out of the hole in the ground, he does so perched upon his board, even though it should be on the ground behind him.
The Catwoman from Channel Six - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: When Leonardo cuts off April's collar, she asks what happened, but instead of it being Leonardo standing there with the sword, it's Donatello with the sword.
Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the characters are gathered thinking back about part 1 of the case. Amazingly enough, the propmaster's armpit ate the A of his shirt. Now he's not a "BADMAN", he's a "BADMN." (00:02:05)
The Silver Surfer & the Coming of Galactus: Part 1 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the Four are looking out the window and observing the burning sky, Reed is incorrectly depicted with blonde hair. When the shot changes, his hair is back to being brown, but now the white streaks in his hair are also brown. (00:05:18)
