Continuity mistake: The snowman hits his nose with a hammer, completely bending it in half. In the next shot it is suddenly magically straight again.
Continuity mistake: When we see from Tom's view the fridge he is going to crash into, you can see the cheese is on the second shelf, but when he crashes into the fridge, it has moved to the top shelf.
Continuity mistake: When Minnie Mouse falls down on the pillow whilst attempting to skate, the pillow bursts and covers Mickey with feathers. When Mickey goes off skating you can see nothing surrounding the pillow, but when we return to Minnie later on, there are now a lot of feathers around it.
Continuity mistake: When the green devil recalls the time Tom serenaded another girl with his big bull fiddle, his whiskers disappear for a moment.
Continuity mistake: When Tom is running away from Uncle Pecos, he runs into the house and slams the door. When he slams the door, you can see the little door at the top has nothing on it, but in the next shot a handle has suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: After Bugs Bunny has snipped off Elmer Fudd's pants suspender buttons, you can see Elmer's gun is directly behind him. But when Elmer picks up his gun to try and shoot Bugs, the gun is now by his foot.
Continuity mistake: When Porky is lighting the candles on the cake at the beginning of the cartoon, the position of the candles change between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Sylvester's owner tells him that she will get into the hotel, you can see that she is wearing a brooch on her shirt. But when she is carrying Sylvester around her neck in the next shot, the brooch has vanished.
Continuity mistake: When Tom traps Jerry in the blinds, he pulls the cord and squashes Jerry. At this point, you can see Tom is holding the cord, but when we Jerry sliding down the blinds in the next shot, Tom is no longer holding the cord.
Continuity mistake: When Rocky is reading his "Life" magazine at his headquarters, the first shot shows him reading the front cover but immediately after that he is reading the magazine with the pages open.
Continuity mistake: When we see Tweety singing, you can see that the bottom of his cage has nothing on it, but when we see Sylvester next to the cage, a door has appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs is standing in front of the General's desk, the General has nothing in his left hand but in the next shot he is now holding a pencil.
Continuity mistake: When the announcer tells Droopy and the wolf about the prize they can have if they win the bullfight, there is a red wall behind the announcer that keeps disappearing and re-appearing between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs is at the theatre, you can see he a man sitting next to him when he finds his binoculars, but when Bugs sees Elmer in front of him, we cut back to Bugs and the man next to him has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When we see Toodles in the window of her bedroom, the shutters have nothing on them, but in a close-up in the next shot, hooks have suddenly appeared.
Continuity mistake: When Lulu lands on the book, before the drawing of a donkey attacks her, there is a wooden sign hanging that says school. The edges are quite jagged. After a bit of singing from the school house, another shot of the same sign shows it much less jagged. Continuity mistake: During the slow-motion sequence, Speedy slams the mallet on the cat's paw and leaves the mallet on the ground when he rescues the mouse. When he puts a stick of dynamite on the cat's tongue, the mallet has gone.
Continuity mistake: As the orchestra begins playing, the lion is waving back and forth at each side as he conducts the music. In the far shot, his tail is not visible. But when it cuts to a close up of him, suddenly you can see his tail. It is large enough that the yellow tail should have been visible against his black suit in the far shot. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits when the title comes up, there is a picture of Mater beside it with the Ghostlight after him. Mater has his right headlight still intact. Continuity mistake: When the inebriated cuckoo pops out of the cuckoo clock at the beginning of the short, his feet are yellow, but when we see a close-up of the cuckoo in the next shot, his feet are now orange.
