Continuity mistake: When Mr. Tweedy collects the eggs, he adds check marks in Tuesday's column on the list he holds. In Monday's column it reads that chickens 276 and 277 did not lay eggs the day before. However, when the list is submitted at the end of the week, there are check marks in Monday's column for chickens 276 and 277, as if they did lay eggs.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Dolittle goes to tell his daughter Charisse that they are not going to Europe, Charisse is seen on the bed resting on her knees but when the camera angle changes to a view behind her she is now seen sitting on the bed. (00:20:35)

Continuity mistake: When Nicodemus is telling Mrs. Brisby that he looked at the words under the latch on the door and understood them, there is a clear, large label under the door. Then a different angle is shown and there is no label on any of the doors, but you should be able to see it still. (00:52:25)
Continuity mistake: During Mia's debate speech the "negative" sign on the podium goes from straight to crooked between shots.
Continuity mistake: Japhet the goat steps on a chair but it disappears in the next shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mitchie is at her locker at school, Sierra walks up to her and there is a white chalk marker line on the floor that she promptly steps on to speak to her friend.
Continuity mistake: When Sylvester is banging on the door of his apartment, there is no handle on the door. When his lady opens the door, a handle has appeared, and the door panels change.
Continuity mistake: When Dumbo is born, Medici is taking a bath. The amount of foam on his arm changes between the front and back shots.
Factual error: Someone forgot to cover the air conditioners in the opening number of "Hello, Dolly!" which is set before the turn of the 20th century. (00:02:59)
Continuity mistake: When the Wolf runs to the cabin, the front door is initially made of wood. But when the Wolf opens all the doors and finds McPoodle waiting for him, the front door now has molding on it.
Revealing mistake: Near the end, right when "little wonders" starts, Lewis takes a moment to look at his future family, Lucille, Frannie, etc. When there's a closeup on Lewis, his memory scanner reveals a reflection of no one in the gym, except for Lewis, even though people are supposed to be standing in front of him.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy and the rest of the kids are standing on the balcony, Jimmy asks Goddard to activate his binoscope so they can get a better view of the arena. Goddard then extends his eyes into tubes and raises them. However, in the next shot, his eyes are raised but not extended into tubes yet. Continuity mistake: When Mr Bumble and the female workhouse employee take Oliver to the Governor's office, Bumble raises his hand and knocks on the door. The woman sings "They will lay the blame on the one who named him", prompting Bumble to move his hand away from the door, toward his face, as if he's about to place it over his mouth in concern. The camera then changes angles and Bumble's hand is suddenly lowered and nowhere near his face.
