Murphy's Law - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Clarke and Finn are undressing in the bunker, right after Clarke takes her shirt off in a closer shot they both have bare shoulders. In the following shot Finn has his shirt on once again before pulling it over his head. (00:39:30)

The 48 - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode as Clarke is walking towards the window in the door, her right arm is already injured, but she doesn't actually get that injury until she breaks the window and reaches through the glass, which cuts her right arm.

Unity Day - S1-E9

Factual error: Bellamy tries to fire his assault rifle twice, but because of a dud round, it fails both times. There is an audible click each time he tries. The first attempt there would be a click, because the firing pin was charged when the last round was ejected. However, without that charge either automatically when a round is ejected or manually pulling the charging handle, the second attempt would have been silent since the firing pin was not engaged. Pilot - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: At the river to cross over to Mt Weather, the vine used to swing across the river is just a standard rope, camouflaged. You can see it best when Finn recovers it after Jasper has jumped.

Stealing Fire - S3-E9

Continuity mistake: A few moments after Pike and his group leave the room because they didn't find prisoners, Octavia pulls her own head out of the hole and says "all clear." Then she pulls two machine guns out of the hole with both hands and puts those guns on the left and right sides of the hole separately. In the next shot, those two guns aren't in the same position. Both are in front of the hole near each other. (00:28:58)

Season 5 generally

Factual error: It is repeated several times the Diyoza was a Colonel, but then proceed to say that she was a Navy SEAL. The rank of Colonel doesn't exist in the Navy. She would be a Captain O-6.

Red Sky at Morning - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: During the funeral on the oil rig, right after Octavia collapses under the effect of the drug, Clarke has a sturdy, simple metal cup in her hand, but in the following shot we see her dropping a completely different, clay-like and more elaborate cup that shatters when it hits the floor. (00:39:40)

Day Trip - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: When Clarke gets in Finn's tent with Raven to check on his wound you can see the cut running vertically on his chest, but during the whole previous episode the wound was horizontal. (00:06:35)

Thirteen - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: While Clarke and Lexa are kissing, Clarke removes the neck strap of Lexa's blouse. In a subsequent shot of them kissing, the strap is back on. It disappears again as they move towards the bed.

Blood Must Have Blood: Part 2 - S2-E16

Revealing mistake: When Octavia storms into the lab where the Mountain Men have been holding the Ark's people, she has her sword in her right hand. As soon as Kane speaks she makes to sheath it, and we hear the sound we're used to expect to accompany that motion, but you can see she's just holding the unsheathed sword behind her. Then she proceeds to drop it, hiding part of the action from the camera with her body, and although you don't see her catch it again that is made evident from the way she eases the sword on the floor beside her right foot a moment later. Furthermore, in the next shot her sword is not in its sheath. (00:30:05)

Eden - S5-E1

Continuity mistake: When Clark walks into the hall full of dead grounders and it shows her looking at them. A guy on the right moves his head slightly as if getting comfortable. (00:18:50)

Wanheda: Part 1 - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: In one shot when Jasper is unconscious under the table there's a cup on his chest. But in the next shot when Bellamy and Monty go to get him up the cup is suddenly gone. (00:09:00)

Unity Day - S1-E9

Plot hole: The grounder's leader Anya states that the missiles (flares) burned a village to the ground. If this were true, the flares couldn't have flown very far, otherwise that village would have been too far away for the grounders to know about. In a previous episode, when you saw the flares from space, it was obvious the flares traveled hundreds if not thousands of miles away. (00:31:30)

We Are Grounders: Part 2 - S1-E13

Factual error: After the Arc goes to earth, the chancellor is sitting in a floating ring in space that no longer has any centrifugal motion. He should be floating, but he is seated and gravity is apparent.

Fallen - S3-E10

Continuity mistake: When going to retrieve Murphy from the dropship, after Bellamy subdues his sister, his gag is covering his mouth. Then, as Pike moves towards him, suddenly it's magically not. (00:22:20)

Earth Skills - S1-E2

Clarke: Follow me.
Bellamy: And why would I do that?
Clarke: Because you want them to follow you. And right now they're thinking only one of us is scared.
