Continuity mistake: When Roper and McCall are in the Cadillac during the car chase, the windshield's rearview mirror repeatedly vanishes and reappears.
Continuity mistake: When Korda runs from the cable car, Roper and McCall chase after him. Then Roper remembers he lost his gun. McCall pulls out his backup gun and holds the gun's grip as he hands it to Roper, but in the next shot facing Roper, McCall now holds the gun's barrel in his outstretched hand.
Continuity mistake: When Roper tells Captain Solus that McCall will only last two weeks, McCall reads his lips and tells Roper he will be there for more than two weeks. However, Roper was facing Solus when he mentioned the "two weeks" so McCall could not have been able to see his lips.
