Continuity mistake: On the two-point conversion attempt in the final game, Blake rolls to his left and a lot of blocks occur, the last being #50, his center (at 37 seconds and against Flat-Top). After a cut away to the receiver and then back to Blake, he is slowing down to make the throw. Right before he throws, #50 comes from his front, again, to make a block (at 1 minute on Flat-Top). Manumana might have been able to make it back after his first block, but to come from the front seems a little unlikely.
Other mistake: In the 7th game of the season, a scoreboard shows the score with about 3:08 to go in the game as 43-12, but next the announcer says they lost 35 to 12.
Continuity mistake: In the final game, after halftime, Texas State goes for a fake punt. In one shot the ball is snapped to Jason Bateman who runs with it, and we see Mandylor begin running behind him. In the next shot, however, Bateman is still running, but Mandylor is going through the motions of a punt.
Other mistake: The opening kickoff of the final game against North Texas was taken at the six-yard line and returned for a touchdown. The announcer said that North Texas takes the lead on a 96-yard return. If taken at the six-yard line, it should be a 94-yard touchdown.
Revealing mistake: When Kathy Ireland is trying out, watch one shot from the side and you can tell by body type it's a guy in a wig kicking the ball.
Other mistake: In the end of the final game. TSU runs a fake field goal which results in a TD pass as time expires. The final score, TSU wins by 1. The flaw: Being down 5 points with seconds remaining would never have a team line up for a FG. The defending team would know you're not kicking an FG since you would still lose.
Suggested correction: The last play of the game during regulation was a fake sweep that resulted in a TD catch by Blake. This made it 20-21. TSU ran a fake FG on the extra point attempt. An extra point FG is only worth 1-point, which would have tied the game. By running a fake FG a scoring a TD, TSU scored 2-points, making the final score 22-21.
Character mistake: Flat Top should have numerous roughing the passer calls against him in the final game. Many times he ran into Blake long after he threw the ball, but the ref never called a roughing the passer call.
