Question: At the end of Part 3, when we see the police taking Chris out of the cabin and to one of the squad cars, it's the middle of the day. At the beginning of this film, however, when we see the police taking the dead bodies out of the cabin, it's the middle of the night. What's going on here? Would it really have taken them that long to collect all the bodies?

Directed by: Joseph Zito
Starring: Crispin Glover, Corey Feldman, Peter Barton, Erich Anderson, Judie Aronson, Kimberly Beck
Genres: Horror
Continuity mistake: When Trish's car stops, the licence plate goes from dirty to clean. (00:28:10)
Trivia: When Judie Aronson, who plays Samantha, was filming the scene in the raft where she gets killed, they were doing so many takes. She was wet and cold and wanted to warm up. The director refused until he got the shot he wanted which made Judie cry and freak out. Ted White, who played Jason, was so upset about this that he demanded they get her a blanket and let her get warmed up or he would walk off the set and not come back. Needless to say, Judie got warmed up very quickly.

Answer: It is my understanding that this is due to a complete lack of resources and/or manpower. Being that the location Higgins' Haven is located in is such a small podunk town, it would generally take more than a few hours to rustle up the required personnel to assist in such a mass cleanup of a massacre such as the one we were witness to.
