Continuity mistake: At the very beginning of the cartoon, Donald Duck is sitting down on a stool while listening to music and looking at his scrapbook. You can see that the left page of the scrapbook has nothing on it, but in the next shot two small pieces of paper have appeared.

Trivia: When Donald ends up with batter all over his body at the end of the short, he is suspended from the ceiling like a marionette. The music you hear in the background is "I've Got No Strings" from "Pinocchio", which was released a year earlier.
