Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, Meade and the other Nazis hide inside a church. In the first shot of the church's interior, Schiller is searching for something in a coat he's holding. In the next shot, his hands are suddenly controlling the radio. The shot changes, and Schiller is holding the coat again. (00:54:32)
Revealing mistake: During the fight in the warehouse, in the shot after Holmes turns on the light, one of Holmes' allies can be seen punching the air as he fights a Nazi, who reacts as if he has been hit. (00:36:46)
