Visible crew/equipment: When John returns to the clinic to drop off a gift for Gabriele, when the cab pulls up, for a split second, you can see what appears to be the reflection of a crew member (likely part of the camera crew) walking in the green doors right before John opens his door. (It's very hard to see, but you can see it if you pay close attention.)
Visible crew/equipment: When Oppenheimer and Strauss talk on the lakeshore at the Institute for Advanced Study just after Einstein left, a big stage light is reflected in Strauss' glasses. (00:12:06)
Visible crew/equipment: As Doric leaves the house after transforming from a cat, a crew member can be seen in the background. The crew member is casually leaning against a wall, with a red T-shirt and a face mask. (00:41:18)
Suggested correction: This person is a tiny figure on the extreme right of the screen who is on screen for a fraction of a second while the camera is panning away from him. I had to watch the scene multiple times before I saw what you are referring to. Even then, he is only identifiable if you freeze-frame the picture, thus invalidating the mistake. (At normal speed, I initially thought he was a red banner or curtain).
Visible crew/equipment: There is no light in the kitchen that can produce the light/glare in the upper right corners of Nikolaj's glasses when his mother is facing him from a couple of feet away. Also, there is glare on his glasses when he is standing in school, reading his essay, and sitting at his desk. (Lights from camera or equipment can explain the glare.) (00:03:37 - 00:06:04)
Visible crew/equipment: When Grace is entering the flower store, if you look closely at the door, you can see the reflection of the entire camera crew and equipment present. (00:16:07)
Visible crew/equipment: Emma Stone is let out of the carriage and runs to the left of screen across the leaves. The camera follows her. On the bottom of the frame, right side, the shadow of the camera is visible. This is the scene before the assistant shows her the frog.
Visible crew/equipment: The camera is reflected in the glass of the gas station after the woman calls the cops on the killer. It's visible on the right side before the shot cuts.
